Today I had climb upstairs 3 times till 6th floor but meri saans full rahi thi and my legs was also paining a lot and shivering and after some time later my neck getting some pressure it's like to be coughing is it normal or do I need to diagnose.

dear sneha. 1st of all 1 thing i want to clear that climbing of 6 floors is good exercise capacity for a normal daily moderately working people. if you want me to add more scientific details. climbing more than 5 flight of stairs requires at least >20ml/kg/min of o2 supply through lungs, which is far greater than normal consumption of 250 ml/min. so you are feeling all those symptoms. as far as my knowledge is concerned no need for further testing... if u want further clarification contact me by replying to this message

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Avoid sitting on sofa and bed. Practice yogasanas (kati uttanasan, bhujangasan, shalbhasan, makrasan, markatasan, chakrasan). Sit in vajrasan. For shoulder gomukhasan, shoulder stretching and sukshma vyayam. Consult orthopaedic surgeon if symptoms persist.

1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

My wife is suffering from severe pain in knee joint. Dr. Has suggested knee replacement after crossing the age of 60 years. She is 58 now. Simultaneously muscle cramp and pain in nerve is becoming intolerable. To meet out mineral deficiency she is taking caldikind plus for last two months but cramps and tense nerve pain is not diluting. Hello. I suppose your wife is suffering from severe knee osteoarthritis for which she has been adviced knee replacement. Muscle cramps can be due to a number of reasons including dehydration, dyselectrolytemia, calcium or magnesium deficiency, overexertion of muscles during day and other neurological disorders. Keep her hydrated with lot of fluids. See a Rheumatologist who would examine and order tests accordingly.

Dear, First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

You can start doing exercises. You must do it under proper trained trainer and with good healthy diet. It would be good idea to do cross training which can improve stamina and power.

Its due to over straining. Do some stretching . Relax for sometime. The pain will go in a day's time. If the pain is unbearable accompanied by redness and swelling over the painful area then u must consult a doctor.

sounds like you have a ACL tear in your knee. at such an young age you should consult an ortho surgeon who may require a MRI and if there is an ACL tear then you would need reconstruction

If it was reduced properly there is no issue. You can check for any problem in union of the broken bone. If it is get advice from orhto doctor or physiotherapist.

Hi Initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot fermentation 3)do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4)after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise 5)avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags. I am 63 yrs. Male. I have my spine problem since last one year. Consulted doctor at Bombay Hospital Spine Clinic. He gave me some tablet and asked me to have MRI. My MRI report says- There is straightening of the cervical spine. The alignment of the vertebrae is normal. paravertebral osteophytes are seen at the multiple levels. The marrow within the vertebrae reveals normal signal intensity. No focal bony lesion is seen. Left facial arthropathy is noted at C4 5 level with marrow edema in the adjacent pedicle of C4 vertebra. Disc desiccation is noted all cervical levels. Focal posterocentral disc protrusion is noted at c2 3 level indenting the anterior subarachnoid space. And my xray report says - Bones are osteoporosis resulting compression of C5 and C6 vertebral bodies. Loss of cervical lordosis. The cervical spine shows sclerosis, with osteo-phytic lippings at its adjacent articular margin. Reduced disc spaces between C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels. Now I am taking no medication, only exercise and when more pain taking one pain killer, as per my family physicians advice. Now what can I do to remove this pain completely.

Hi, as per you report, I would like to suggest u, pls take physiotherapy treatment for cervical. There they will some electrical modalities like tens, swd and strong you neck muscle, pls don't use pain killer, that's only give you temporary relief. Thanks.

Follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Get cervical X ray AP and lateral done and review with reports

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

My mother has regular swelling and pain in both feet. We have performed some tests and it comes up as ESR level increased. We are taking ayurvedic medicine from a ayurvedic doctor from past 6 months, if she taking medicins regularly, then pain goes away. Now she stopped taking medicins, pain comes back. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee & leg. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
