I met accident and my right shoulder bone fractured. After surgery my shoulder bone was connected with 3 screws. When I am trying raise my hand and move I got pain in that bone area. Eventhough I am regularly doing physiotherapy exercise as per my doctor's advice I am still have pain and not able to move my hand freely. I met accident 2 months before and surgery also done same day 2 months before. Now my question whether the pain will reduce and may I move my hand freely as before. Tell me. Hi, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and sympytum q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water - take both of them thrice daily for 1 month. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Share your reports for getting an idea about the condition. Get back to me thereafter.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Yes walnut is useful for bone 2-3 walnut empty stomach with milk afterwards. Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR are helpful This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. If you’re not satisfied please do consult you need medicines to achieve complete relief.

Douring pregnancy lower limbs do develop some swelling because uterus grows big and put pressure on blood vessels of lower limbs. This is called dependent edema. It disappears invariably post delivery. If one develops hypothyroidism even then swelling of face and lower limbs does occur. Since you are having hypothyroidism, there is a possibility of this complaint. Particularly if tsh levels are not well controlled.

Firstly relax your calf muscle tk muscle relaxant medicine and heat fermentation and do calf stretching exercise. It it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy tens and hot pack for 7 days after relief start strength exercise of legs best for you.

Presuming it was a open fracture. it requires treatment. i suppose it must have gone for non union. x rays should be posted with the condition of the wound for further comments.

I am sorry about your sufferings. Take equal quantity of turmeric, fenugreek (Methi) and dried ginger powder. Mix them well and store in a cleaned jar. Take one tea-spoon powder mixed in a glass of warm water on empty stomach twice a day with water after meal until you feel better. Secondly, if you are constipated, correct your bowel movements and reduce weight, if obese. Avoid icing your knee and tie up your knee with crepe bandage. Finally, apply little pressure on the second joint of your middle finger from the nail using your thumb and index finger of other hand. You will observe severe and crucifying pain on that particular joint. This joint resembles knee in Sujok Therapy. Keep applying pressure intermittently on the prescribed joint in rotating motion for 15 minutes twice a day and within few days you will feel better. Apply pain relieving cream/gel also. Give hot water fomentation added with cooking salt and lemon juice to the affected area twice a day. Knee pains are very complicated symptoms and should not be left unattended. Also, seek your doctor’s advice for your disorder. If the pain is due to calcium deficiency, take calcium supplements. Take care and be in good health.
