Lybrate-user, hi, repeat your scan after 1 w-2 weeks and see the growth. Is your period regular, sometime due to irregular period the conception occur late henceforth it show less. You can take all medicines there is no harm.(usually not needed)

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in PROBLEM OF PCOD. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 6) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) take 30 ml of divya shawasari pravahi liquid (patanjali ayurveda) after meals. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. C) take 50 ml of trifala juice and 20 ml of honey along with 50 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. D) take 2 tablets of NASHTA-PUSHPANTAKA RASA along with trifala juice and 2-2 tablets of AAROGYAWARDHINI RASA+CHANDRAPRABHA RASA after meals. Do all these things for 90 days. How to Identify You're not Chewing Your Food Enough?

Are you always in hurry while eating or multitask while chewing your food? Then it is highly probable that you don’t chew your food enough. A recent survey revealed that on an average people chew their food only 6 six times before swallowing, which is far less than enough. Chewing food for an adequate amount of time is necessary for a healthy digestive system and can help you avoid lots of health problems.

Here’s why you should chew your food properly.

So what happens to your body when you don’t chew your food enough?

Mastication is the name given to the process of chewing food. Mastication, if not done properly, can lead to various health problems like-

1. Incomplete digestion: Digestion starts in the mouth itself and chewing has a significant role in it. The salivary glands are stimulated to release an alkaline enzyme, called ptyalin, by chewing.  This enzyme combines with carbohydrates to initiate the process of the conversion of food into simpler sugars by splitting. Not chewing food properly may be a causative agent for digestive problems like gas, bloating, and diarrhoea to name a few.

2. Increased threat of bacterial overgrowth: If food is not chewed properly it cannot be completely broken down by the digestive system. The partially digested portion of food may result in increased amount of bacteria in the colon, leading to stomach infections.

3. Bad oral health: If you don’t chew food enough, plaque build-up in your mouth may increase, which can further lead to tooth decay. This is because improper chewing means lesser amount of saliva secretion, and more chances of accumulation of unbroken food particles in the mouth, causing cavity.

4. Lesser nutrient absorption: When you don’t chew your food properly, larger food particles don’t break into smaller ones. This makes absorption of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients difficult for your body when they pass through the intestines.

Indications that you don’t chew your food properly

If you don’t chew food for an adequate amount of time, your body begins to give warning signs. This can affect your health significantly, and the following symptoms show if you don’t do it properly.

1. Frequent digestive problems: If you are frequently experiencing digestive problems like acid reflux, constipation or heartburn then there are good chances that the problem is inadequate chewing of food.

2. Weight gain: One of the reasons behind weight gain may be consuming too many calories without realising. This can happen when you eat fast, which indicates that you don’t crush and grind your food properly inside your mouth.

3. Recurrent mood swings: Researchers are of the opinion that improper chewing of food gives rise to digestive problems, which in turn may often ruin your mood.

How many times should you chew each bite?

Researchers of Ohio State University are of the opinion that you should chew each mouthful of food for a minimum of 30 times. However, they mentioned that chewing softer food like potatoes for 5 to 10 times is enough.

Hi. I have pcos and thyroid problem. For pcos im using pco care tablets. I have 6.2 thyroid. Is it necessary to use medicines for thyroid. Previously I used thyronorm. Now can I use this thyronorm. Pls tell anyone.

If this is your tsh value, in uiu/ml then yes you require to take thyroid medicine. Along with that start doing weight loss exercise, and proper dietary intake including lots of fruits, vegetables and dairy products.

A woman has sexual intercourse, can be find out by seeing the hymen. If hymen is intact then she is virgin, if not then she has sexual intercourse in the past. This can be done by gynecologist. There is no other test.

Sabudana, or tapioca, is a favourite breakfast and evening snack option in indian households. Sabudana khichdi, sabudana pakoda or sabudana kheer are served at indian dinner tables quite often. Apart from food, it is also commonly used to starch clothes. Here, we tell you about the other health benefits this food has to offer:

1. Tapioca is a good source of protein, which helps with muscle building, healing and strengthening. So vegetarians, turn to sabudana for your daily protein intake.

2. Tapioca is rich in iron and calcium, which helps maintain bone health. You can prevent osteoporosis and other bone conditions by adding a regular dose of tapioca to your diet.

3. You can eat a bowl of soaked sabudana with a dash of chilli powder, salt and crushed peanuts to fight fatigue after a hectic day. Loaded with carbohydrates, tapioca will make you feel energetic in a matter of minutes.

4. Regular consumption of sabudana keeps blood pressure levels under control. Also, the potassium present in it aids healthy blood flow and lowers the pressure on the cardiovascular system.

Sabudana khichadi recipe

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 4 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 cup sago (sabudana) 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, crushed2 medium potatoes, cubed1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) 2 green chillies, slit2 tbsp oilsalt to taste

Method

Wash the sago. Drain and keep aside for about 2 hours. If necessary, sprinkle a little water over the sago to moisten it. In a glass bowl, combine the oil, cumin seeds, green chillies and potatoes. Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 2 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Add the soaked sago, peanuts and salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve hot with green chutney or curds.

Please start medication for thyroid depending on the report. Thyroid disorder does have an impact on pregnancy. Not able to conceive, or abortion and various problems during pregnancy and poor mental development of the baby. So consult with the gynecologist.

If one of the parents has Rh negative and other has Rh positive then the baby could have a problem .But now a days what they do is give some injection just before delivery and everything will be fine. Now generally this Rh factor is derived from blood group and if both are having same blood group then Rh factors will also be either positive or nagative so in your case it isnt a problem

जैसा कि बिच्छू के डंक मारने पर त्वचा में झनझनी सी फ़ैल जाती है ठीक वैसे ही बिच्छू बूटी के पौधे को छूने पर भी होता है. यानी बिच्छू बूटी के पौधे को छूने पर आपके त्वचा में झनझनी या जलन जैसा महसूस होने लगता है. इसका वैज्ञानिक नाम अर्टिका डाईओका है. यदि हम इसके खेती की बात करें तो या अफ्रीका, यूरोप, एशिया और उत्तरी अमेरिका में उपजाया जाता है. आइये इसके फायदे और उपयोग की सीमाओं को जानें-

1. रक्त संचार में मदद
खून में मौजूद लाल रक्त कोशिकाओं के उत्पादन को उत्तेजित करने वाले विटामिन सी और प्रचुर मात्रा में आयरन बिच्छू बूटी में पाया जाता है. अपने इसी गुण के कारण ये हमारे शरीर में रक्त संचार में वृद्धि, गावों को ठीक करने और शरीर के उपरी भागों में उर्जा का स्तर बढ़ाने के लिए ऑक्सीजन पहुँचाने में मदद करता है.
2. प्रेगनेंसी और मासिक धर्म के दौरान
अत्यधिक लेबर पेन से गुजरने वाली महिलाओं की परेशानी कम करने के लिए उन्हें बिच्छू बूटी से जुड़ी चाय पिने की सलाह दी जाती है. एक कोऐग्यलंट के रूप में काम करने वाला बिच्छू बूटी अधिक ब्लीडिंग होने से भी बचाता है.
मासिक धर्म के दौरान बिच्छू बूटी के सेवन से महिलाएं ऐंठन और सुजन से काफी हद तक निजात पा सकती हैं. यह मासिक धर्म के बाद शरीर में होने वाले बदलाव को नियंत्रित करता है और ऐस्ट्रिन्जेंट के रूप में काम करते हुए रक्त प्रवाह को भी नियंत्रित करता है.
3. बालों के लिए
बिच्छू बूटी के कैप्स्यूल या चाय का इस्तेमाल आंतरिक रूप से बालों के झड़ने को रोकने में किया जता है. बाहरी रूप में आप इसका तेल भी बालों में लगा सकते हैं. इसके तेल को नारियल या सरसों के तेल के साथ मिक्स करके भी बालों में लगाया जा सकता है. इससे रुसी को भी रोका जा सकता है.
4. दिल के लिए
दिल को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए बिच्छू बूटी के लाभकारी गुण काम आते हैं. इससे बनी चाय को नियमित रूप से पिने पर लोवर सिस्टोलिक रक्तचाप को काफी हद तक कम किया जा सकता है. बिच्छू बूटी कार्डियोवास्कुलर सिस्टम पर तनाव को कम करने में भी मददगार है.
5. अस्थमा और लिबिडो
श्वसन संबंधी बीमारियाँ जैसे कि अस्थमा या मौसमी एलर्जी से निजात पाने के लिए भी बिच्छू बूटी का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. कई शोधों से ये भी नतीजा निकला है कि इसके अर्क को अन्य जड़ी-बूटियों के साथ मिलाने से एलर्जी की प्रतिक्रिया को नियंत्रिक कर सकते हैं. इससे बनी चाय अस्थमा पीड़ित को पीनी चाहिए.
बिच्छू बूटी हमारे शरीर में टेरेस्टेरॉन के स्तर को बढ़ाकर, शरीर में काफी देर तक उत्तेजना बनाए रख सकता है. इस गुण के कारण इसे सेक्स ड्राइव में सुधार का एक प्रभावी उपाय माना जाता है.
6. प्रोस्टेट के लिए
गंभीर बिमारी माने जाने वाले बढ़ा हुआ प्रोस्टेट और प्रोस्टेट कैंसर के विकास को रोकने में बिच्छू बूटी को प्रभावी माना गया है. लेकिन ये सिर्फ इसके विकास को ही रोकती है.
7. पेशाब के रास्ते में संक्रमण के लिए
बिच्छू बूटी अपने मूत्रवर्धक गुणों के लिए भी जाना जाता है. अपने इस गुण के कारण ये मूत्राशय में पथरी, मूत्राशय का संक्रमण और मूत्र सम्बन्धी अन्य समस्याओं के उपचार में मदद करता है. आपको बता दें कि ये लूज मोशन और पेचिश के उपचार में भी सहायक है.
8. ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस के लिए
बिच्छू बूटी में बोरॉन नामक तत्व पाए जाने की सम्भावना रहती है. हमारी हड्डियों को ठीक रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार कैल्शियम से बोरॉन को लिंक किया जाता है. कुल मिलकर ये ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस के प्रभाव को कम करने में काफी मददगार है.
9. डिटोक्सीफिकेशन के लिए
बिच्छू बूटी में कई लाभदायक पोषक तत्व पाए जाते हैं. उनमें से कुछ हमारे शरीर के लिए डिटोक्सीफायर का भी काम करते हैं. यानी ये शरीर से जहरीले पदार्थों को बाहर करता है. मूत्र वर्धक पदार्थ के रूप में जाना जाने वाला बिच्छू बूटी लसिका प्रणाली को भी उत्तेजित करता है. इससे गुर्दे में अनावश्यक जहरीला पदार्थ नहीं जा पाता है.
10. इन्फ्लेमेशन में लाभदायक
बिच्छू बूटी सुजन सम्बन्धी समस्याओं जैसे कि जोड़ों या मांसपेशियों के दर्द को कम करता है. इसका कारण ये है कि ये एक उत्तेजक और रुबिफ़ेशोंट पदार्थ है. इसके लिए आप इससे बनी चाय भी पी सकते हैं.

क्या है बिच्छू बूटी के उपयोग की सीमाएं
1. चूँकि यह एक मूत्रवर्धक है इसलिए इसका इस्तेमाल किडनी की समस्या से पीड़ित व्यक्ति न करें.
2. इसका अधिक इस्तेमाल वीर्यस्खलन को कम करता है. दरअसल ये शुक्राणु उत्पादन के लिए जिम्मेदार अरोमाटेसेस नामक एंजाइम का उत्पादन रोकता है.
3. इसमें रक्त को पतला करने की भी क्षमता होती है जो कि रक्त के थक्के बनने की क्षमता को कम करता है.
4. इससे आपको अधिक नींद आने की समस्या भी हो सकती है.
5. रक्त शर्करा के स्तर को भी कम करता है. यानी कि मधुमेह के रोगियों को इसके इस्तेमाल में सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए.
