Hello lybrate-user jee, LCHF [low carbohydrate high fat] diet include Boiled egg, chicken,meat, paneer,cheese ,upma, poha. Combination of extra virgin oil, mustard oil, soybean oil, butter,ghee. Fruits, vegetables. Foods to be avoided are: potato, swweet potato, yam,chapati, rice,toast ,bread, pulses, bakery products, buiscuits, etc you need a costomised diet plan so consult me for diet chart. Most of the shampoos are more cosmetic and gives psychological support. There are some shampoos which are medicated and should be used with a proper prescription. The hair fall needs to be treated internally. So one should have a balanced diet.In some cases it's hereditary and not much can be done except for slowing down the process. One can try homeopathy which caters to each individual's typical problem with a holistic approach.

hello Amish,, keep exercising , and increase proteins in yr diet,, soyabean, sprouts, lentils, eggs meats, they all will help you slowly over the time but in a best way, taking artificial supplements sometimes have a pact on hormonal system.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast, no drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.
