How to clean teeth. My teeth is yellow. I use synsodyene paste. Tell some home remedy to fullish white teeth.
1. Use Neem datun daily in the morning. No need to do brush with the paste or vigorous rubbing of the teeth and gums. 2. Mix rock salt (saindha namak)- half tsp and lemon juice/ soda powder - 1/4 tsp. Do gentle rubbing on the teeth and gums using the middle finger only. Leave for 2 minutes and clean the mouth. Do this twice weekly. Skip Neem datun for those two days in a week. 3. Do gentle brushing in the night daily before sleeping with any Ayurvedic good tooth paste daily. 4. Oral hygiene is mandatory. Smoking, chewing tobacco, lots of sweetened beverages, too much sweets, alcohol, etc are not good for oral hygiene. 5. Rinse your mouth after main meals with water.

Arthritis is swelling of joints with pain, stiffness. There are some methods you can apply: • Do exercise such as walking that strength your muscles and move your joint. From movement of joint you got relief from pain and stiffness. •Gentle massage your joints with lukewarm oil. You can use medicated oil. You can apply ice packs and heat with warm water bottle on your painful area. • If you are obese then lose some weight. Heavy weight make strain on your joint and causes pain. • Take healthy diet avoid junk foods. Take diet rich in calcium such as milk, cheese. Do not take stress. • you can take physiotherapy advice. • Stretch your body lightly in the morning when get out from the bed. • Eat healthy diet green leafy vegetables and fruits. * Take one teaspoon of haldi with milk it will reduce your swelling.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. It happens with many mothers that bleeding occurs during pregnancy but much less than that during the periods. As you have the same history during your first pregnancy it can be harmless but to ensure please get an usg done and physical relationship during first trimester is prohibited. So if possible please avoid.

For increasing your height I will suggest you to do skipping daily as per your capacity for next six months and follow up with finding and don't take any medication.

The last few decades have seen obesity has grown as the new social evil.  One of the major culprits is the reduced physical activity and sedentary lifestyle that has become the norm. It is therefore not surprising that weight loss is on everybody's personal goals.  In a lot of cases, ironically, the methods and techniques have involved turning the clock back, what was being done a couple of decades ago. Let us look at using stairs for example. From an engineering point of view, elevators and escalators were a major focus area in the 1900s and 2000s.  However, now, stair designs that are easy on the body are the highlight.

Let us look at some facts related to weight loss and climbing stairs. These should provide you sufficiently good reasons to start using the stairs next time when you have a choice.

  • Fact 1:  Climbing stairs help burn more calories per minute than jogging.  It is declared as a 'vigorous exercise'. 
  • Fact 2: Climbing a step helps you burn about 0.2 calories and going down burns 0.05, so to burn 1 calorie, all you need to do is go up 5 steps or go down 20 steps.
  • Fact 3: However, though the number of calories burned is less by going downstairs, the muscles and joints used for getting down stairs are different. Using stairs to go up and down should be regularly practiced.
  • Fact 4:  Climbing stairs require about 9 times more energy than sitting and about 7 times more energy than required to take the lift.  
  • Fact 5: For going up or down 3 to 4 flights of stairs, taking the stairs helps save about 15 minutes of valuable time (most of it waiting for the lift to arrive).
  • Fact 6: Regular use of stairs safeguards you against heart disease, diabetes, muscle weakness and stroke.
  • Fact 7: Endorphins are released when you climb stairs, which also induce a feeling of well-being.
  • Fact 8: Overweight people burn more calories by climbing stairs.
  • Fact 9: Taking one step at a time in more beneficial than taking two at a time. Calories are burned gradually, but more efficiently.
  • Fact 10: Climbing stairs is eco-friendly as well, as it reduces carbon emissions. Just another reason why you should avoid the lift! If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Physiotherapist.

Diabetes is a group of metabolic disorder in which the blood glucose level remains persistently high and requires lifelong medications, diet control and several other factors to maintain it in the normal level. Person having diabetes commonly end up with a serious complication called as ‘diabetic neuropathy’. It is also referred as peripheral neuropathy in which the peripheral nerves which are responsible for caring the impulse towards and away from the brain get affected. The symptoms may vary depending upon the type of nerve that gets affected but most commonly people may experience pain, numbness and tingling sensation over the arms and lower extremities.

The most important thing to be done in curing diabetic neuropathy is to maintain the blood sugar level to normal always with proper medication, diet and adequate physical exercises. Ayurveda uses few precious herbs to cure diabetic neuropathy, which are identified by our ancestors before many decades. Some of the herbs are: 

  1. Ashwagandha which is also referred as Indian Ginseng is the best herb which has many medicinal effects and mainly used for ailing the disorders of nervous system. This herb acts on the nerves and also improves the strength and physical stamina. It also used for relieving the pain over the calf muscles, loss of weight because of diabetes, neuropathy, stress, frequent urination and nerve exhaustions.
  2. Manjishtha is an herb used in Ayurveda as a treatment for several diabetic complications. It treats not diabetic neuropathy, but also cures diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy. It acts as a best remedy for several chronic infections and inflammations. It has been noted that it has a calming effect on the nervous system thus it can also be used for the treatment of epilepsy.

Ayurvedic treatment for diabetic neuropathy

  1. Abhyangam, in which the whole body is massaged gently with the medicated oil to improve the circulation of blood, causes nerve stimulation effect and also relieves stress. They concentrate mainly on the foot (Padabhyanga) which is commonly affected in neuropathy.
  2. Sirodhara deep relaxation and revitalisation of the central nervous system which is found to get affected in neuropathy.
  3. Ksheeradhoomam, it is a process done for the problems of nervous system and other neck problems by applying special type of medicated steaming. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

Hello Doctor, I am 24 years old. And I am planning for kids, and my last period date was 17 Feb 2017, & before that it was on Jan 13th and before it was on 12th December. As of my irregular periods I have consulted the doctor and she suggested me to use Normoz tablets and krimson 35 Tablets. I have used complete course of krimson 35 (for 21 days). And we participated in sex for almost 15 days in a row (12 th day of my period to 25th day of my period). And today I got the bleeding with out any signs, like no pain and nothing. And it's not like a regular bleeding as menstrual. And it's very low bleeding? What these are the signs for? Could you please suggest me on this.
