Start drinking" arjun ki chaal" ka kaadha everyday. Put jaggery in it in place of sugar. Drink this for 3 months and see the miracle. Eat natural oils avoid refined and double refined oil. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water everyday but make sure you do not drink after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes (arjun ki chaal available on patanjali stores)

take tab neurbion forte 1 tab daily for 2-3 months along with protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od 1 hr walk daily, it will help you,thanks.

I am suffering from frequent urination problem. When I use to drink more water as prescribed by doctors to do, I need to go frequently to washroom to release fluid within the gap of 20 to 25 minutes. Dear Lybrateuser, - You should drink water when you feel thirsty, if you overload your system with water you will have to go frequently to the washroom - 7-8 glasses in a day are adequate for proper hydration unless there is some problem & an indication for more quantity to be consumed.

The best tips to lightens and remove the mark. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the dark spot. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 5. Avoid oily food and high salt contained foods like chips, chinese food and non veg. * take proper sleep. Minimum 6-8 hours sleep for glowing of skin. 6. Try to reduce your stess level by doing meditation like pranayam in morning, or take long breathing on closed eyes while listening soft music.

Hair turned grey merely due to less or no production of melanin. Each hair has a separate melanin supply in the body. Medical Conditions leading to gray hair-
1.Thyroid Disease: An underactive or overactive thyroid can affect the melanin production in the hair which can cause premature greying
2.B12 Deficiency: Deficiency of B12 has also been linked to premature greying of hair.

Hi esha., medical term for split ends is trichoptlosis Causes of split end:- 1.Poor diet:-Poor eating habits affect nearly every aspect of our health. Many people have unhealthy hair because of their diet. A diet lacking essential nutrients causes your hair to dry out. This lack of moisture will eventually cause split ends. 2.Exposure to the sun,Similarly hair tends to split more in the summer seasons. The temperature of the environment is also responsible fr hair splitting. Not just summers, extreme cold or exposure to water (rain) also causes split hair ends. 3.Regular Hair straightening and hair perming also causes spilt ends in hair, again the high temperature of the straightening irons result in splitted hair. 4.Blow drying the hair, is the most prominent reason for hair splitting. 5.Highly Chlorinated water also causes split hair ends. Similarly salty water is responsible for split hair ends too. 6.Abuse of hair products, like serums, straightening lotions and various gels cause hair splitting. 7.Alcohol based hair products, which refer to any products which contain alcohol be it the mousse, the gel or the serum is responsible for dry splitted hair. Isopropyl alcohol must be checked for, avoid products containing it. Treatment:- As per Ayurveda, 1.Eat a Balanced diet. 2.Oil you hair regularly Using Brihat bringaraja taila:This can lubricate the hair shaft, preventing it from splitting. Oil up to twice a week, leave it on overnight under a cap, and wash off in the morning. 3.Try Milder shampoo, avoid shampoos with paraben and sulphates. 4.Vigorously rubbing your hair dry with a towel is not a good idea. Instead, gently squeeze dripping wet hair with a towel to remove excess water. Once the excess water is removed, let your hair air dry naturally. 5.Brush or coomb very gently. 6.Apply a hair mask.-A hair mask once every one or two weeks can help keep your hair healthy, moisturized, and damage-free. Eat small frequent energy dense food like stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti have shakes of fruits with added nuts do some moderate intensity exercises for minutes daily take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight.

You have not describe what is the problem. If its paining, it can be due to cavity or broken tooth. Bleeding in gums can result from plaque n calculus. So the best advice would be to elaborate on your problem.

Hello doctors. Im a student just cleared HSC. I have done my blood & urine test, all reports are normal. Hb content is 15.1 and calcium level is 84.44, my problem is, even all reports are normal, I am still not physically fit. My body or muscles are not developed I think, my weight is 50 kg. Will you please provide me complete diet to be physically fit and to have well developed body muscles. Can I have fruit bear? My family doctor suggested me to have red wine. 1.no alcoh 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. you can start with any physical activity like wise morning walk, running. you can start with barely water (1-2 glass) also you can add easy digestible food like oats, toast with one Cup of tea etc. There are many things which you can add to reduce weight easily like green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits, etc. Take Rosted chana during the day orange juice skimmed milk with wheatflakes etc. you can avoid these things in your diet as like sugar,potato,junk and spicy foods, alcohol, smoking etc. make a record of your weight. take plenty of water
