My wife is 27 yrs ( 55 kg) waist 34. Has lot of fat around waist.Hyper Thyroid ( family history) Exercises 30 mins daily ( mostly cardio) but no results yet. Diet mostly has Oats,Vegetables & rotis. Occasionally eats out ( Panner mostly).But no sign of weight loss yet.Please help?

For reducing fat belly area - few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Hi, take 1 glass lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
