Contrary to popular belief, dark circles are more than just the result of being tired. The truth is the blue or green tone seen is actually the blood passing through the veins located just below the surface of the skin. If the skin around the eyes is extremely thin, as can occur progressively with age, and/or blood vessels are extremely close to the skin's surface, this can also give the appearance of darkness because blood becomes visible through translucent skin. As you age, skin loses its elasticity and ability to regenerate, which makes the appearance of dark circles more prominent regardless of beauty sleep. Genetic predisposition to thinner skin below the eyes can also contribute to the presence of dark circles. Cortisone, allergic reactions to cosmetics, tobacco smoke, and air pollution are known to trigger dark circles and bags under your eyes. The main reason for not sleeping well at your age can be mainly stress related.

Back pain after prolonged sitting in your situation can be most likely due to muscle strain. You should follow good posture during work. 1. Sit with straight back and change posture in between. 2. Take breaks in between work and walk. 3. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily. 4. Take simple painkillers like paracetamol if pain is persistent. 5. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling , numbness or weakness, consult your doctor immediately

Inspite of taking muscle gaining powder or capsules you can make your body (muscle gain) by regulating your diet naturally. Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. U can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Donot cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd, paneer, cheese, at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. DIET CHART TO GAIN WEIGHT - Breakfast: • One, big glass of orange juice or banana shake • A bowl of oatmeal to which dried nuts like almonds, walnuts and raisins are added—using skimmed or low-fat milk and some sugar • 2-3 whole eggs, scrambled or boiled if non- vegetarian • 2-3 slices of multi-grain bread coated with a bit of butter Pre-Lunch/Mid-day Snack: A bowl of yogurt made from low-fat milk Or A few granola bars that are fortified with raisins and sesame seeds Or Whole fruits like apples or chiku or mango Lunch: • At least one form of animal meat like chicken or meat, i.e. One to two servings.(if non- vegetarian) • 4-5 rotis made from whole wheat or multi-grain flour, smeared slightly with ghee. • A big bowl of dal • A cup full of boiled rice • If eating meats is a problem, supplement it with cottage cheese made from tofu or low-fat milk Early Evening Snack: The better choice is a glass of low-fat milk to which an energy-inducing mix has been added. You can choose from a variety of malted mixtures. Try to add more of the malted mix rather than using synthetic sugar. You can use a few high-fiber biscuits or cookies to dip and munch upon. Dinner Options for Gaining Weight Dinner needs some planning since you need to end your day on a calorie high. You should combine at least one type of green vegetable along with a dal or a serving of chicken or fish with some gravy. It is better to have more of rice for dinner rather than rotis from the perspective of gaining weight. Ensure you ask the person cooking meals to use lentils with higher calorie content. This includes black grams and kidney beans. Options for Post-Dinner Snack • A few bites of dark chocolate with high cocoa content • A smoothie of fruits and yogurt • Fruits like strawberries, apples, mangoes or grapes I hope the above diet chart will help you. Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of homeopathic sulphur 200, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic selenium 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic natrum mur 6x tablets, thrice daily. Also loss of sleep will disturb the functioning of almost all of the organs in human body. If you have a habit of smoking then you should quit it or at least decrease the number of cigarettes you smoke daily to half. Take homoeopathic nux vom 30, 5 drops, every evening, in a cup of water.

Reduce starchy carbs. Eat a full, balanced breakfast. Limit sugar consumption. Rotate your carbs. Drink coffee (black) before working out. Avoid drastic calorie reductions. Eat 5-6 meals a day. Take cla. Increase vegetable consumption. Don't over-rely on fat burners. Consume 25-35 grams of fiber a day.

If your skin growth like skin tags then your can use clear nail polish. A common home remedy for removing skin tags is to cover the skin tag in a coat of clear nail polish, as this is believed to dry out the skin tag, causing it to fall off. Simply cover the skin tag in a coat of clear polish and allow to dry. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a day until it shrinks and falls off.
