There could be several external skin condition problems you might be suffering from like including psoriasis, eczema, and seborrheic dermatitis. Or there could be any internal diseases that is troubling you like under-active or over-active thyroid. Loss of the outer third of the eyebrow, in particular, is a characteristic sign of an under-active thyroid.

Hello, Exclusively breadth feeding will manage you burn calories. Do not go in for crash dieting, as that will surely hamper milk production. Drink good amount of fluids and eat balanced meals every 3 hours. Say no to oil and ghee loaded stuff, bakery items. Get moving. Atleast 30 to 40 mins of mild exercise will prove to be beneficial. Take your, supplements in time as prescribed by the doctor.

Take shool gaj kesari ras twice a day..take gokshuradi guggul & punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 tab twice a day...pranacharya U through capsule and syrup twice a day...drink lots of water....avoid spinach...tea and coffee..tomato...lady finger etc....

Inspite of taking good sleep in night, if you are feeling sleepy, means, might be due to harmonal imbalance, excessive fat levels, improper bmr levels, consuming alcohol, etc. Practice proper hrs of sleep,& try to follow meditation, bresthing exercises, engaging in some occupation, if needed. Extra, avoiding fat/fast/junk/carbonated drinks/alcohol. Etc. Yoga&meditation, breathing exercises. Like art of livingwill help you better to get mentally active. Try to get once thyroid levels check up&hb levels& sugar levels.

Please tell me duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Can you also enclose her x rays so that I can see them, how much distance can she walk and does she require pain killers regularly. Hi lybrate-user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Go for proper subgingival scaling (cleaning) of teeth. Do warm saline swish thrice daily. Use mouthwash like clohex thrice daily. Do not brush aggressively. Use soft tooth brush. Brush your teeth in night after your meals. If condition doesn't subside than visit a periodontist.

Hye. Thanks for the query. This is not uncommon. Stretch marks are usually an issue when you lose or gain wrong weight. Whatever is your weight on scale is not important. What is the weight is important. At times you are underweight as per scale but your father percentage is higher then it's not healthy weight. So, try to eat healthy. Exercise whatever you like. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.
