How can I improve my fitness Not want to do any gym there is some regular diet and exercises are required.

As per you height you need to gain 5 kgs more. I would suggest you to focus on your food choices & timings. Don't skip any meal. Avoid junk food. Help yourself by including more of nuts & dairy products in diet. Include high calorie snacks in between your main meals. Don't drink water before & after meals. Morover to gain healthy fat it's important to be in positive energy balance under the supervision of diet expert.

Hello I am 30 year women and I suffer red vertigo problem last 3 year doctor have done many test but not actual problem found now I ate signoflam or stemetil but no relief for giddiness what will I do?

Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following for your condition: One particular type of chronic dizziness not related to vertigo (a feeling of turning or whirling usually associated with inner ear problems) -- “Patients with this syndrome have chronic nonspecific dizziness, subjective imbalance and hypersensitivity to motion stimuli, which are exacerbated in complex visual environments (e. G. Walking in a busy store, driving in the rain),”. Anxiety can also cause chronic dizziness Treatment: Deep breathing is one of the best ways to deal with dizziness. It will help provide an adequate amount of oxygen to the brain, which in turn will relax the nervous system and reduce dizziness. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Place one hand on your abdomen, place the thumb of your other hand against one nostril and close your mouth. Inhale slowly through your open nostril and try to fill your belly with air. Hold the breath in, close both nostrils and purse your lips. After 2 to 3 seconds, exhale slowly and try to extract air from your belly. Repeat these steps 10 times. Then, sit quietly for 5 minutes and breathe normally to avoid getting dizzy again. For further steps get back to me. Thanks.

I have black spot on my face. I used scar removal cream for 5 month but didn't see any change. What should I do?
1. Exfoliate - exfoliation is defined as the removal of dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. You can use exfoliant gloves or a brush to get the job done and see the difference in your skin immediately. Exfoliating keeps your pores from clogging, which is another benefit in regards to acne control. The renewal process of your skin is sped up and your moisturizer will penetrate deeper into the skin which will give you that moist glow. Exfoliation also helps with uneven skin tone as it removes dead skin cells which contribute to that uneven look. Consistent exfoliation of your skin will help with wrinkle prevention in addition to giving you smooth glowing skin. 2. Exercise - there's a reason why athletes are some of the most beautiful people in the world. That reason is consistent blood flow. Exercising circulates your blood throughout your body giving it a natural flush to your skin. If you don't know where to start, try walking and taking the stairs whenever you get a chance. This will make your transition into other traditional routines more manageable when the time comes. After you initially get your body active there are many different physical activities to explore, especially if you are not into the traditional gym routine. Try kickboxing, tennis, running or spin classes. 3. Cucumbers - cucumbers not only taste great, but are filled with vitamin c and caffeic acid. These are two antioxidants that are excellent for fighting off wrinkles and protecting you from sun damage. Vitamin c will give your beautiful black skin a jolt of elastin and collagen which contributes to your radiance. Cucumbers can be prepared in many ways for consumption. One of the best ways is in a fresh salad. Try slicing a whole one with some lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil for a fantastic side salad. 4. Limit your shower time - this might be a difficult one, especially when you're used to coming home from work or the gym and it's the first of your many nightly rituals. A long hot shower can sometimes be the reason why you haven't gone postal on the world. However, limiting your shower time (and cooling the temperature just a touch) can be beneficial to your beautiful black skin. A hot shower can strip your skin of its natural oils. When this happens you get that dry and patchy look and that is what you don't want. The object here is glowing skin, remember? chill your shower down just a tad. You will still be able to have a calming relaxing shower without stripping your skin of what it needs. Remember, don't stay in there for an hour. 5. Green tea - green tea is by far one of my favorite drinks. It's also one of my favorite methods for cleansing your skin topically as well (a good green tea facial cleanser will have your face glowing like a star). Green tea is by far one of the most powerful antioxidants you can utilize when adding a glow to your skin. Rich in antioxidants, green tea helps rid your skin of free radicals, reduces inflammation and feels great going down. 2 cups of green tea a day along with a good facial cleanser will have compliments raining down upon you.

Hi, it seems to be leucodermal patch, share her clear photograph of the area with rest of the symptoms for making diagnosis. Medication: meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). I am doing gym since 3 years now. And observing a visible difference between my left n right side of all arms n chest. Legs have different story. Left leg is bigger than left where my left side is weaker than the right one in case of upper body.

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Two months cough is always better to for investigations such as X-chest CBP ESR etc. better u see a doctor with all tests. Meanwhile try cough syrups, paracetamol see how it goes.
