X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. What is Ayurvedic treatment to prevent Uric acid and cholesterol.
ayurvedic medicines treatments......... What causes uric acid 1. Salt and salty eatables, 2. Sour food, 3. Spices, 4. Excessive consumption of oily and hot foods. 5. Having a second meal before the digestion is not complete of the meals taken earlier, 6. Eating rotten dry meat, especially the creatures living in water, 7. Excessive eating of vegetables grown under the ground such as potato, arabi, mooli etc. Kulathi, urad, ganna, dahi, kanji, circa, mattha, vegetable of same, wine, tobacco etc are the major causes of increase in the uric acid levels. 8. Habit of eating non combining eatables which are opposite to each others are the causes such as using kulathi with milk, fish with kathal,salty eatables with milk, etc. 9. Excessive of anger, 10. The habit of sleeping in day and remain awakened during night, In this disease, the balance of vayu and cough gets misbalanced. Since vayu is prominent in this disease, it is also called vat-rakta in ayurvedic terminology. Form of the disease of uric acid prior to its onset 1. Excessive sweating or not sweating at all, 2. Blackness in skin 3. Loss of sense of touch, 4. Excessive pain when wounded in any part of the body, 5. Laziness in the joints and the entire body, 6. recurrence of pain as if the entire body is breaking into pieces, 7. Occurrence of small eruptions on the surface of skin, 8. Changes in the natural colour of the skin, 9. Emergence of boils and spots, All these symptoms erupt due to the blood getting impure. Due to misbalanced vayu, pain is felt in thighs, joints of hands and legs, needling pain, heaviness, loss in sensation, itching etc are also its symptoms. Vat and rakta is responsible for the onset of the symptoms. Parts of body affected due to the uric acid This disease attacks first the hands and the legs, and then spreads in the whole body. Symptoms of the disease caused by uric acid First of all, sudden pain is felt in one of the roots of legs such as the thumb of the foot. Pain occurs during the mid night with swelling. Affected part gets reddish in colour. Patients feel acute pain in the thumb of foot in mid night. He wakes up after this. In some cases, pain occurs on the fronts and backs portions of the soles of the foot. o Pain aggravates during night time, o Affected joints become hot and red and it swells up. Veins expand. The patient feels feverish with cold and shivers. Sweating suddenly starts and then the fever automatically subsides. After sometimes the joints become normal, swells disappear and skin shrivels o Very soon, the pain transmits to the upper joints of the body and the patient feels thirsty. Body feels a burning sensation. The patient feels giddiness. In some cases the patients get senseless also due to pain. Joints get jammed. o Patients also suffer from laziness, heaviness in body, restlessness and sleeplessness. Speciality of uric acid disease o The noteworthy point here of this disease is that when uric acid increases, it attacks first only one part causing pain there. Then attacking other joints of the same parts, it moves on to attack the rest of the parts of the body. o Lab reports tell all this that:- the ESR of the patient is on the higher sides, lucocytosis occurs, levels of serum uric acid increases. Dietary caution when suffering from high uric acid levels Grains : Wheat, rice, pulse, moong, jao, masoor, moth. Vegetabls Bathua, chaulai, karela, parwal, makoi, fruits, vegetable soup, lehsoon, pyaj, papaya are highly beneficial. What not to eat Urad, kulathi, same, matar, chana, bajara, meat, kaleji, fish, gobhi, mushroom, pulses, dahi, mooli, adarakh, sour eatable items, spicy and punjent food, heavy to digest eatables, marriage pakwans, paneer, narial gari, soyabean, khamir grains, ghee, dry fruits etc. Meat is a complete no no. Conclusion Do not sleep during day time. Avoid exercise, sex, and sunray. Avoid riding horses or motor cycles. Save from cold and moisture. Ayurvedic medicine can give you a better relief for uric acid disease. Buy the following medicines from an ayurvedic medical shop and consume as per priscription. o In old disease- Dashmul kwath. o In case there is vay and cough misbalances- hartal bhashma, taal sindoor o Weak urination- Tapyadi lauh o Cough- mahayograj guggul, o Pitt- Gandhak rasayan, o Other famous medicines;- Suranjan churna, nimbadi churn, kaishore guggul,sari vadwasav, giloy-satt, khadirashti, tiktash tapal,, ghee, prabal pishti, singhnad guggul, mahatikt ghrit, swarn makshika, bhashma, punarva mandur, arogya vardhani vati, amrita guggul, rakt shodhak churn. NOTE Take pure shilajeet 2 grams and drink it with milk twice a day. This will be highly beneficial.

Hi. Tell him to take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months. If it’s better, then continue or else will have to go for other options such as rubber band ligation, surgery, cauterization, etc. Management: Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at most drugstores. If you are constipated, use a laxative. Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn't necessary and may aggravate the problem. Avoid alcohol based or perfumed wipes. Gently dry the area with a hair dryer after bathing. Don't use dry toilet paper. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol. Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. Walking is the best exercise for your whole body as well as the piles as it increases the blood circulation to every part of body. Avoid sitting for long hours together. Include more fibrous food in your diet like fruits, green vegetables, salads. YOGA FOR PILES Pavanmuktasana: Keep your hands by the side of your body in a supine position. While inhaling, raise both your legs to 90 and bend them at the knees. Make a finger-lock with both your hands around them, a little below the knees. While exhaling, bring your thighs close to the chest by contracting the abdominal muscles. Maintain this posture for a few seconds. Then return to the original posture in the reverse order as Ardha Pavan Muktasana. Repeat the asana three to four times. Vajrasana: Keep the soles of the feet on both sides of the anus, i.e., place the thighs on the legs one over the other and the soles on the buttocks. The calves must touch the thighs. The part from the toe to the knee should touch the ground. The whole burden of the body is put on the knees and ankles. The beginning of practice you may feel a slight pain in the knee and ankle-joints but it passes off very quickly. After fixing the feet and the knees, put both the hands straight on the knees. Keep the knees quite close. Sit like this keeping the trunk, neck and head in one straight line. Report me back.

1) use natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. To massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. 2) have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. 3) start taking ayurvedic hair nutrition supplement. 4) keep stress away & take proper 8 hr calm sleep 5) get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated. 6) start 2 spoon cow ghee with milk - empty stomach; will provide you essential nutrition. 7) use soft water to wash your hairs.(alternate day is limit) 8) do regular exercise, yoga, meditation. 9) keep your body cool & calm to avoid hairfall.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, fast end junck foods. Take simpal veg food home made with salad. Wash face with neem face wash. Do arobic excersices, yoga. Yes you take safi for 3 month with their precautions read care fully on leaflet.

Hello. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15 min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you. For dizziness in sunlight: You can protect yourself from the sun by the following points: - avoid going out during hot summer weather or extreme heat during the whole day. - apply a good sunscreen with spf 30. Apply it 20-30 minutes before stepping out. Re-apply the sunscreen if you are out for more than 3-4 hrs. - wear a hat with a broad rim. - carry an umbrella. - wear goggles. - drink plenty of water. - eat healthy food, avoid junk. - eat fruits and vegetables with more percentage of water in it. Hello, the things which you mentioned generally is not recommended in case of an allergy. For your ringworm, take homoeopathic medicines - tellurium 200/ twice daily and sulphur 200/ once a day daily - take them for 2 weeks. Revert me back there after.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.
