I am 22 year old when I wake up in the morning then my knees get pain what can I do.

Dentify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. Pl give feedback after 5 days.

Hi you take biochemic 19.4 tab thrice a day with warm water. Your aunty problem sciatca or joint pain or muscular pain. All any problem for this medicine is ok. And I suggest you do the acupressure treatment.

Hi there are multiple causes for shoulder pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. It is important to know if there is history of trauma, local swelling and loss of function. You should take some pain killer like paracetamol and get examined by some doctor.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Hi, how can you believe if some one says. Do you have any evidence? my advice: take x-ray of you r ls region, views are 1. Ap view 2. Lat view home advice -take rest for maximum time -avoid long sitting, standing, walking -if you want to travel for long time use gel bed in you r car -start back strengthening exercises & stretching exercises -do not sleep on soft bed, try to sleep on floor -apply any pain killer ointment precautions -maintain good posture/avoid bad posture -use ls belt if necessary (do not use for long time) -if you are working long hours you must be relax by frequent breaks. -maintain ideal body weight -have a balanced diet food.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Do not ignore it urs mothers pain do ct scan of brain and consult neurologist. Bcz one side limb pain is due to brain. And regularly check bp of your mother.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

You need to correct your posture Avoid being in one position for long duration. Use thin pillow while sleeping. Avoid too much neck bending while working. Whenever sitting, ensure your back is straight, keep a cusion behind you lower back (lumbar region). Shoulder pain can be due to pain radiating from neck. Avoid slouched posture Apply hot fermentation at times when pain occurs & do self stretching of your body
