If it's purely herbal, then no problem, at all, but if its mixed with any chemicals, then its usage for long run, will definitely show side effects, which may be reversible or irreversible. It purely depends on the, concentration & %of the chemicals in that. But always, going with natural things is safest. Take more fruits, juices, raw vegetables, avoid, junk food, canned, drinks, fast, spicy food. Avoid sun exposure by taking few precautions like, covering with cloth, washing face with mild, gentle, soap, after coming back to home. Try to apply face packs, with lemon juice with pudina paste, potato paste, or keera, or tomatoes puree, its ideal to take any one of these vegetable juice daily, daily taking honey lemon, water, n apple juice will make you fairer, in natural, healthier way.

I have a small white patch on my face most people said its vitamin deficiency because I go less out in sun.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
I have a small white patch on my face most people said its vitamin deficiency because I go less out in sun.
White patches on face can occur due to a number of reasons, of which conditions can be mild or severe. The condition can be mild or severe, and generally covers the majority of the skin on a particular area of the body. They may also cause irritation or itching. The occurrence of whites on the face can be extremely distressing. People affected with this problem should obtain medical advice to diagnose what is causing the condition and the suitable treatment. Causes of White Spots White spots on the face occur for various reasons. Understanding some of these reasons may be beneficial in treating the condition. Furthermore, understanding the cause can also help people avoid certain circumstances that increase the risk. 1. Tinea Versicolor This is a chronic fungal infection of the skin. Also known as pityriasisversicolor, this fungus causes discolored patches on the skin as it interferes with the normal pigmentation. The color of the patches may be darker or lighter than the surrounding skin and most often, affects the back and trunk of adolescent males. Exposure to sunlight, hot, humid weather, oily skin and excessive sweating may aggravate the condition. 2. Vitiligo This is a skin condition that results in the loss of melanocyte pigmentation of the skin. This results in white patches that feel as if it is part of the skin. The cause of vitiligo is unclear although it is believed to be an autoimmune disease. However, mild trauma to any area of the skin including the face can also result in the development of vitiligo. Vitiligo can affect the face, hands and feet, elbows and genital area. 3. Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis White spots on the face may also be due to Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis, a skin condition resulting in 2 to 5 mm flat, white spots commonly found on the shins and forearms. This skin condition mostly affects fair skinned people, although it may occur in dark skinned individuals too. The white spots may occur more commonly in people over the age of 40. 4. Pityriasis Alba This skin condition is common in children aged 6 to 12. It is a rash that appears on the face, neck and arms, and is not easily differentiated between normal skin. The rash may be covered with skin flakes resembling light dust. The cause of Pityriasis Alba is not known and is often considered as a form of eczema. This condition is often mistaken with vitiligo. However, while vitiligo has a distinct border, Pityriasis Alba does not. Treatments for White Spots on Face The medical treatment for white spots depends entirely on the root cause that underlies the condition. There are certain things that you can try to accelerate the process of treatment . Some of these mentioned treatments are professional while others are home remedies. Home Remedies .  For treating vitiligo, consumption of ginger juice is recommended as it promotes blood flow. neem seed oil applied to the affected area will also bring beneficial results.  Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis may not require treatment as it is harmless. However, topical steroids and retinoids may help treat the condition.  Treatment for Pityriasis Alba may not be necessary although the application of a moisturizer or hydrocortisone creams may help the disappearance of these patches.  Washing the face with mild soaps and exfoliating the skin at least twice a week with a honey, rice, turmeric and sandalwood powder paste can treat Tinea Versicolor. So identify your problem of white spots with the help of your local doctor so that appropriate treatment is given or send me your picture depicting those white spot along with the complete hitory of your spots,so that I am clear in making a diagnosis.

Dear Sir/Mam
Kindly confirm me, about skin.
Sir can I use whole body fair by the fair injection or any option.
Fair injections will not give you long lasting results. Once you stop using them, they will stop showing effects and are very costly. Try to eat well and take care of your skin to increase glow and fairness. You may use Kojic acid soap regularly to reduce dark patches and pigmentation.

Collagen Induction Therapy - Are There Any Side Effects?

Collagen Induction Therapy - Are There Any Side Effects?

With the advent of cosmetology, one can say goodbye to scars and wrinkles. But however, in most cases, the treatment is artificial as it involves the use of substances that have their side effects and can be disappointing in the long run. Wouldn't it be great if there was a method for the body to artificially create a stimulant that takes care of wrinkles and ageing? Well, look no further as collagen induction therapy does exactly that and is even beneficial than before.

What is Collagen Induction Therapy?
Collagen Induction Therapy or CIT is better known as a micro-needling or medical skin needling. It is a new age skin rejuvenation treatment designed to improve the appearance of fine lines and dark circles and wrinkles. The minimally invasive procedure takes care of scars on the faces and skin too.

The process:
As the name suggests, the process uses tiny needles or micro-needles on a roller like a machine to move over the skin. During the movement, the needles work in tandem and create tiny, evenly-spaced puncture holes on the skin. Due to this, the body identifies that a wound has appeared in the skin and releases the body's natural collagen product to heal the wound, thus, in turn, encouraging a fresh batch of skin and tissues. The new membranes and skin thus formed take care of the sagginess of the earlier skin, and a fresh new look surface is formed once the treatment is complete. In a way, it activates the skin to thicken and plump up by giving it more collagen. The procedure involves the use of fine tattooing needle and hence causes very minimal trauma when creating the microscopic punctures in the skin. Further to that in most cases, a local anaesthetic can be used to ease the pain. They can be done to the face and in most of the parts of the human body.

Are there any side effects?
The biggest advantage of using such treatments is that there are no side effects and they can be performed on all skin types. The treatment is usually imparted in multiple sessions where each session might be anywhere between 10 to 60 minutes. Recovery time is also very minimal, and a person can see the visible difference in six to eight weeks. The overall cost of the treatment depends on the number of sessions a person has and in the area where it is being performed.

Collagen Induction Therapy is the most advanced levels of cosmetology and has the benefits of treating the skin condition naturally. They can be carried out almost on all age groups and more robust in healing as they in a way stimulate the body to heal itself rather than depend on artificial chemicals to take care of the root problem. The technology has evolved over time, and Collagen Induction Therapy is a boon for those who would want to treat the skin conditions as they are meant to. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Anticholinergic and antispasmodic medications. These medications, such as hyoscyamine (Levsin) and dicyclomine (Bentyl), can help relieve painful bowel spasms. They are sometimes used for people who have bouts of diarrhea, but they can worsen constipation and can lead to other symptoms, such as difficulty urinating.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.
