Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. A diabetic patient can donate blood, provided he has no complications affecting kidney or blood vessels and is on oral drugs with excellent blood glucose control. Patients on Insulin will have to consult their physician before going for donation. Thanks.

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.

"Trying something new alters the levels of dopamine, which is associated with pleasure, enjoyment, and learning. 9. Try to have fun. If you’re depressed, make time for things you enjoy. Hello Doc, My concern is regarding my penis: 1. Length is short, 4 inches when erect. Is there a safer way to increase length? 2. Girth is less, condom don't fits. With less thickness it gets embarrassing while holding and during strokes less sensitivity is felt making no excitement to make it ejaculate. Penis size can only be increased if there is low testosterone. Size of penis varies from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches on erection, yours is normal. Short skin length is no problem if it is not tight. Excitement and ejaculation problem may be due to stress / anxiety, so relax and do exercise. However to exclude other cause you need to do some blood tests Hb, TC, DC, Sugar PP, Prolactin, TSH and Testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check BP. If you are taking any medicine or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that.

Hello If you mean SWALLOWING you might be suffering from desqamative gingivitis. There will be peeling of epithelium and reddening of the surface indicated. You sould be using corticosterid cream and 3% H2O2 mouthwash for it. If you mean SWELLING it may be due to other reasons like improper oral hygiene or due to side effect of some medications if you are using any presently. So visit your dentist. Get set soon.
