Sir usually I have problem of night fall which arises normally around 2 times a week, what should I do sir? And I am doing nothing which may be the reason of that problem. And I also have problem that when I am in washroom sometimes sperm comes automatically after urine. It is happening around since 2 years. Please suggest me sir what should I do?

Hello. Night fall can be because of many reasons or sometimes there is no reason for night fall. Follow these steps to reduce this:- 1. Start jogging and brisk walk atleast for 30 mins daily. 2. Avoid drinking any liquid 2 hrs before going to sleep. 3. Avoid taking any medicine which has testosterone in it because it also cause night fall. 4. Go for urination before going to sleep. 5. Read good books before going to sleep. 6. Do not think too much about night fall because fear of night fall also increase this problem. 7. Kegel exercise is also good for you. Take homoeopathic medicine:- damiana tonic 2 spoons twice a day for one week. Update me after one week for folllw up. Follow these steps to reduce your problem.

Hello, it is poosible to get lighter skin tone by reducing the amount of melanin in your body. There are many creams and tablets with steroid, which can be effective. The effect varies from person to person though. There are skin lightening treatments also like, laser, microdermabrasion. These need an expert to view your skin thoroughly, and then do the procedure. Go to a renowned dermatologist of your city. For a young modern girl, I would expect her to not run after fairness, all colours are beautiful, keeping your skin healthy and glowing is important, rest is a choice.

Hye You can have sips of water. Too much water after a heavy meal may cause discomfort. Always best to sip water at frequent intervals. Never wait for dehydration and thirst to set in.

Plain soda has no effect when had with alcohol. if you add a sweetened drink with it then it is quite harmful to the body. either way alcohol is not good for the body as it is empty calories and does not add any nutritive value.

I am having a pain in my left leg all the time when I am walking and sometimes there is a sound like tik tik ttik when I walk, is there a remedy.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Dear lybrate user. A) take 10-10ml of ginger juice and honey before meal. B) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patangali ayurveda) along with 30 ml of water after meals. C) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Reply to me for further suggestions. Thanks.

I have been suffering from anxiety for a long time now. I am constantly focusing on my breathing. Sometimes I think I am breathing too fast so it causes me to be blurred. I am taking clonazepam 1mg in the am and. 5mg in the afternoon. I am not sure whether I am building tolerance to it so my doctor wants to switch me to xanax 1mg in am and 1mg in the afternoon. I don't know what to do. Should I switch please help.

Don't think much lybrate-user, If your doctor is changing your medication it must be pertaining to your current state, you can take it and see if you feel the difference. Make the following changes as well: Avoid high caffeine drinks as they stimulate your system and pile on more stress instead of relaxation. Take a moment to focus on taking deep belly breaths. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 4 seconds, and then release it for 4 seconds. Doing this for 1-2 minutes should help to calm your nerves quickly. Take some time to exercise. Whether anxiety has just struck or you are chronically anxious, exercising is sure to help. Physical activity releases endorphins which increase happiness, and reduce cortisol - a stress producing hormone. As soon as you start to feel anxiety hit, go workout or take a walk. Aside from immediate treatment, regular exercise will decrease the amount of anxiety you feel over time. Keep a healthy diet. Although it may seem silly to link your anxiety to what you ate for breakfast, the foods you eat have a big impact on your mental functioning. Studies have shown a correlation between unhealthy eating and high anxiety and stress. Try to incorporate more fruits, veggies, and whole grains into your daily diet. Get tested to make sure you don’t have any food allergies that may be triggering your anxiety as well - a common experience. You can also apply some lavender oil to relax and distress your nerves. Just one drop near your lobes does wonders.

My Lower jaw teeth is straight & aligned correctly. Upper jaw tooth has a problem with alignment. I visited a Doctor who told me 4 tooth will be removed: 2 from upper & lower jaw. So I just want to confirm. Also I am 27 years old so if there will be an affect on the brain; headaches ;pain etc?

This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
