She must have injured her knee ligament due to twisting. An MRI of knee would help in making exact diagnosis. See a Rheumatologist or orthopedician personally.

I'm a 22 year old girl, I have low back pain on standing more than 10 mins. I have to stand during clinical postings. But the pain increases on standing and it s very severe. The pain is relieved by sitting.

Pain on standing for long period may be due to lower vertebral or some circulatory problems and it needs lab investgation and x ray for further evaluation .

Hi Its a problem associated with muscular weakness. Do the following:- 1. As of now do not sit without back support as it will increase the problem further. 2. Take a healthy and balanced diet with special emphasis on protein rich food e.g. pulses, milk, egg, fish, chicken etc. 3. Exercise daily for at least 30 minuted with and spent at least 10 minutes concentrating on muscles of back. 4. Have at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Follow these steps for 15 days and give feedback after that. If the problem persists then consult any good homoeopath in your area or contact me here.

Please elaborate your symptoms of foot pain, if your pain increased in morning then it may be plantar fascitis or may be due to tightness of calf muscles. Try to stretch your calf muscle in morning. Please try to elaborate your pain history or consult nearby physiotherapist.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. Surya namaskar is also best asan in back pain. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly . *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You can consult me to get a diet chart.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
