Hello. As you do have throat infection, avoid having cold things, fried food, using your voice harshly like shouting/ speaking loudly. Gargle with salt & warm water - thrice a day. Take homoeopathic medicatiton - Lachesis 30/ twice daily and Ferrum Phos. 6x/ thrice daily - both to be taken for 3days. There after, revert me back.

Take diet in hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea, coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. I can understand your difficulty. This kind of problem can be effectively treated by homoeopathy with proper follow up. You may opt for private consultation. The medicine tackles the root of the problem, acts internally and gradually without adverse effects. It heals from inside out unlike superficial treatment of an ointment.

This device may temporarily press your nasal tissue, but it will not create any long term durable difference in the shape of your nose. Rhinoplasty surgery is the best option if you would like to change your nose shape.

It Feel like Something Is Stuck in My Throat please tell me the cause and remedies.

It Feel like Something Is Stuck in My Throat please tell me the cause and remedies.
It may be because of stress. It's called as anxiety lump in throat. If no stress then it can be because of spasm of pharyngeal muscles. Take hot water bag or hot fomentation with moist Turkish towel. Gargle with hot water. Avoid stress. If you have any difficulty in swallowing or breathing then consult doctor and get throat examination done.

Hello children complaining of ear pain following swimming in a pool can be due to wax which was in ears of the kid swells up in turn causes mild pain. Secondly if he is getting upper respiratory infection due to high chlorine in pool can lead to ear infection will require treatment. Can use ear plugs during swimming. Make sure chlorine is not very high in pool. Take care.

Respected Sirs,

There are a number of options for speaking with a tracheostomy. The tube inserted into the tracheostomy can be plain or have an inflatable cuff. When the cuff is pumped up there is a greater seal inside the throat than with plain tubes. A tight seal can allow more air to enter the lungs, but also may prevent enough air from moving through the vocal folds. This makes speech quite difficult. People with a plain tube or who may only need the cuff inflated at certain times may get enough air for speech. They may also be able to produce speech by blocking the tube with their fingers or hand. Then the person can breathe through their mouth and nose and vibrate the vocal folds as they did before surgery. These methods do not work for all people. Covering the tube may cause more resistance to breathing that some people can't handle. Bacteria from the hand or fingers may cause infection, a particularly serious situation for people with swallowing problems. Some people may not get enough air for speech without blocking the tube but may not have the awareness, muscle movement, or muscle tone to block the tube well.

Avoid having cold items as far as possible. Take any food item which is hot or luke warm. Prevention is better than cure. When you go out try wearing a mask to prevent dust from entering the nose / throat.

The murabba or juice of amla prepared at home can be taken daily morning with water to make way from nose bleeding. *Drinking sufficient water daily will lead to a healthy nose. *Bread prepared from whole wheat or the ‘Brown bread’ or ‘Brown rice’ has ample of Zinc nutrient in it. Zinc helps in maintaining the body’s blood-vessels. *Dark green leafy vegetables must be taken in the diet
