I would suggest you to avoid aloe vera gel on the skin. Aloe, like any other plant, has thousands of naturally occurring chemicals you can potentially become allergic to. I would recommend an evaluation by a dermatologist to find the right skincare combo for you that limits your exposure to plant compounds. I always tell patients - it doesn't matter how natural or organic it is. You can still become allergic to it.

apply orange juice mixed with glycerine . avoid undue stress. have a good sleep. drink adequate water. have a balanced diet. eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

Gow big are the lumps. If they are small and not bothering her, you can just let them be. If they are large or causing pain or she wants to get it removed for cosmetic reasons, she may consider surgical removal. The surgery is a minor day care procedure.

For smoothness of skin • Apply or rub one teaspoon of honey on your face and leave it for 30 minutes, and then wash off it. Honey is best moisturiser. • You can use two teaspoons of milk with two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of sugar mix it and apply it for 10 minutes on your face and then wash off it. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • You can apply aloevera gel on your face. It will smooth your skin. • Use moisturizer contain Vitamin E Or take two capsules of vitamin E (cap Evion, open it and squeeze out their liquid on your palm or directly mix it with cream or moisturizer you have and apply daily on it on your face at night daily • Apply less make up on your face and remove it at night before sleeping.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Get her examined if there is a lump felt. Ultrasound test on breast is as good as mammography of breast minus any radiation risks. It can be Premenstrual tension also , which is felt by many women due to water retention ,caused by hormones , few days before periods and treatment is cutting down salt ,taking more potassium rich fruits and vegetables like oranges, lemons,amlas. Do Not Ignore Lump.

Squeeze a fresh lemon into a bowl to get the juice. Dilute with a little water if your skin is sensitive. Using a cotton ball, dab the fresh lemon juice over acne scars. Allow it time to dry. Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. ... Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. ... To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Take turmeric powder and mix lemon juice in it. Make a paste and apply it on your skin. Do not take too much turmeric or else you will end up with a yellow face instead of glowing skin. Let the mask dry, and then, wash off thoroughly with cold water.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5.
