Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

My friend of 20 year age had headache from three days and not able to sleep he had taken sleeping pill still he is not able to sleep.

Hello take alpha ha, 15 drops with water at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs twice daily and take sound sleep of 9 - 10 hours. You will feel better after getting up because you have headache due to lack of sleep.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Rosemary And Sage • Mix rosemary and sage in coconut oil or even coconut milk and apply it in the affected areas of your head. • Leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off. • Repeat this process four times a day for a few weeks to get rid of bald patches. Egg • Apply beaten egg on your scalp at least two to three times a week to help in promoting hair growth. • It works even better when mixed with olive oil. Lemon And Pepper Cons • Take 8 to 10 pepper cons and seeds of seven to eight lemons and crush them together. • Use this powder directly or you can also add little water to make it smooth paste and then apply it on your bald areas twice a day. • Repeat for a few weeks and this remedy will help in improving blood circulation and stimulate hair growth.

I am girl of 23 year old. My hight is 149cm. I am too much upset for this. Can I increase my hight?

After 18 ht increase diminishes but in some cases upto 22 and rarely upto 25 years ht increase can be seen. But thanks go genes, you never know when your efforts could be fruitful. Endocrinologists of repute also can't predict 100% increase or extent in ht increase. But do not be disheartened. Start yoga, soorya namaskar, deep breathing, meditation, non spicy food, nutrition by way of rich proteins and iron, sprints if you can or regular long walks, hanging and stretching postures will pave the way for you. Pl arrange for desi cow milk, curd, chhachh, ghee and use it optimum. To supplement it all growth raw herbs of pure quality enriched with high antioxidants herb juices (bhawit) can be an answer. It's safe and even if it gives you ht increment of few mm it's worthwhile. At least this will boost your immunity and glow minimum. As said, you may gain ht if genes support you from some pools of your ancestors. Pl make combo yourself, do not rely on otc products. Or get from us. I have a trouble getting sleep every night I go to sleep around 5 am every morning and it's hard sleep at that time.

Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

What is yeaat infection in tongue. I found so many yellowish gum on my tongue after I had tea .but then brushed my teeth and swiped my tongue with brush .then the full gum like thing went .is it a yeast infection or just tea particles on my tongue?

Tongue is not a smooth surface things may get stuck on it especially coloured foods you may use tongue cleaner no it's not yeast infection you may send a pic of the tongue with the coating to understand it better.

nearly all women suffers some mood changes/breast pain/abdominal pain/hot flushes headache, fatigue, insomnia, bloating, uncontrollable food cravings, irritability, depression, feelings of loneliness, rejection … days just before their periods. sexual desires also changes in those days. so, irritation/ feel of unsatisfaction wipe off the peace of mind..
its due to sex hormone changes in your body during that time mainly estrogen & FSH.
try to control your emotion by doing yoga- it acts like miracle. eyes closed & deep breathing in & out in the early morning makes you calm & control your sex steroid releasing hormones through hypothalamus.slow body twisting improves your circulation in lower abdominal organs.
for abdominal/breast pain-try to use home remedies like cold compress/ cold cod oil massage.
diet- raw onion and pumpkin seeds. flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil lavender and tea in the evening. try to have vegetables and fish- avoid meats.
**do not let your hormones to control your mind**
in severe cases, you may need medicines, consult your physician- we are always their to solve your problems.

Hi, it could be an abscess due to gum or tooth infection, if tooth is decay, you have to go for root canal treatment, if only gum infection, you get it cleaned with dentist.

- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a" water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser.

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, insufficient sleep, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other excercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.
