Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hello welcome to lybrate you seem to be suffering from acute muscular pain. I would advise you to get a x-ray cervical spine to rule out any disc prolapse. For acute muscular pain I advise following: 1. A combination of pain killer and muscle relaxant containing diclofenac and thiocholchiside. 2. To do hot fomentation of the affected area. 3. To apply diclofenac ointment locally. 4. To get physiotherapy done particularly ultrasonic heat massage. Your pain would start getting better in 5 days. If any disc prolapse is found you would be treated with a combination of pregabalin and methycobalamine. Share my opinion with your doctor before you act upon it. I hope it helps. Stay healthy.

Get your stress evaluated by a psychiatrist, and find it s relationship with the headache. A course of pills if needed, might solve the problem.

To keep up good health, it is absolutely necessary for one to indulge in physical exercise or activities. Physical activities, in general, are linked to a host of good benefits such as reduced stress and a healthier and better outlook, besides increasing the body's resistance against complications like heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes and muscle pain among others problems.

Similarly, the practice of yoga is an ancient tradition well-known for its health benefits. In addition, walking can further complement the practice of yoga and they can together prove to be highly advantageous, to the extent where they can be possibly regarded a better alternative to the act of gyming.

Here are a few benefits of gym workouts followed by the benefits of yoga plus walking:-

Benefits of gym and other exercises:

  1. Keep muscles fit
  2. Enhance respiration and perspiration
  3. Help in weight loss
  4. Relieve stress

Benefits of yoga and walking:

Differences

Although it can be argued that gym work outs are better than yoga and vice-versa, the subject matter is highly ambiguous and debatable. Since both activities are good for your health, physically as well as mentally, it is very difficult to say which one is better; perhaps a detailed comparison of the differences between the two may be more helpful:

  1. While gymming and other exercises focus on building the body and helping you attain the desired body figure, yoga and walking aims at regulating the entire body mechanism, with more emphasis on mental control.
  2. While gym workouts may be more expensive, yoga requires minimal accessories and is therefore more economically convenient.
  3. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages whereas gymming and other intense physical activities are not advisable for old people or those with specific medical ailments like hypertension and heart problems.
  4. There are minimal withdrawal effects with yoga, in contrast to gym workouts.

Hi, if you have not done recent abdominal scan pls do it and make confirm regarding size and number of stones and on that basis it's better I will suggest some medications even though follow below instructions at avoid kidney stones 1) never withhold the urination, whenever you have urge with few minutes you pass it 2) drink plenty of water and even buttermilk. 3) daily drink 100ml banana stem juice in empty stomach 4. Avoid eating most of the dry fruits like cashew, almond, pista etc 5. Avoid eating tomatoes, beetle leaf and beetle nut 6. Avoid eating oily, creamy, chat masala, puffs, cakes, 7) keep your health good so that you should never face dehydration due to loose stools, vomiting even that also leads stone formation.

Hello Lybrate user you should follow this three dimensional approach for weight reduction. 1. Dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava, papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati etc. Avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, cold drinks, curd) etc. 2. Life style modification- avoid sedentary life and be active. Go for morning or evening walk, do some yoga and exercises. Cycling, swimming and outdoor games can also help. Avoid nap / day sleep. Do suryanamaskar, trikonasan, bhujangasana, yogic jogging etc. 3. Ayurvedic medicines- some ayurvedic medicines like medohar gugulu, ayurslim capsules along with Panchkarma treatment can reduce weight quickly. For more details or any query pls consult.

Massage almond oil and cococnut oil by making it lukewarm everyday! wash it with haritha and shikakai! have high protein, mineral and vitamin diet! if no relief take constitutional homeopathic treatment!
