I am 29 year old person I am married and I am suffering from leg pain from many years I cant stand on feet more then 15 minute my heels are so painfull speciely in the morning and night please suggest me diet and medicin.

Dear user. Lower back pain aapke sex life pe asar nahi karega. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertility period of the woman. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

I am 27 years old. I am having chest pain at left side with pain in left hand and shoulder, neck. Also heavy head, head sensation, and headache with shaking in whole body with mild breathing problem from last 2 months. Also feeling heart beat (dhak- dhak) in whole body specially in stomach. Also from last 3 days feeling left chest vibration & nausea with tiredness all time. Dr. Did ecg twice, blood test n chest x Ray all are normal. Still have pain even now. Could you please assist me?

if all reports are normal it may due to gastritis...you can do tests ECHO. Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Avoid fatty or spicy foods. Wait to eat solid foods until about six hours after the last time you vomited

I went through the tibia surgery in which they have inserted rod inside tibia to integrate the fracture. It's been 4 years for the operation. Should I go for reverse operation to extract that rod. I mean is it necessary to eliminate or I can continue with the same.

There is no need to remove the implant unless there are some symptoms related to it. Implant removals are tricky and unpredictable operations which take almost as much time as the original surgery.

When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. 1. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. 2. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. 3. Do this a few times a day. Note: do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite. Also take a glass of warm milk daily.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

There is wind blowing sounds are coming out of the ears and stops when I press the neck and it also creates huge headache when I am at crowded place.

The headache at crowded place is because you are more sensitive to increased carbon di oxide levels. When the carbon di oxide level increases, even a bit, blood vessels inside your brain dilate more and causes headache you can avoid this by breathing more frequently when you have headache it is a very simple remedy, but it will work please try this.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Dear sir, the most common cause of the pain you have described is osteoarthritis of the knee and in the back of the facet joint. Traditional treatment plans often fail to provide adequate pain relief and analgesic medications work only temporarily. As recovery is a complex issue including interventional pain management, exercises and medications, I would need to examine you personally to comment. For the time being I suggest that she start regular warm-up exercises and walking atleast half an hour daily. Regards,

There is sweet pain in the left bone of neck it is happening at the duration of 2 or 3 months and it being for whole day and night .after consuming a pain killer like I bruphene it become relaxed. Other wise it can take maximum 3 days to cure. What can be the problem I didn't understand .please tell some suggestions precautions and medicine for curing it permanently.

Hi pain killers are just temporary .in Ayurveda we do have very good and effective treatment s. Consult and do neck exercises plus maintain body posture and neck position. And I need to know more details. Hope D's will help you.

What are the symptoms of UTI? How long does it take to cure? I am suffering from fever from 22 days, temperature gets max to 100.4 and I have headache, shoulder pain, mild burning sensation while urination, mild white discharge. These days youngesters having lots of low back and neck pain its just because of their posture, life style, and pure body balance. My suggession if you dont have any radiating pain in your lower limb then you can meet a good physiotherapist to tone your muscle though execises and some modalitie.
