Hi lybrate-user do jogging on one place for fast for 5 min maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Hi..both things are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45minutes cardeo exercises preferable walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet.. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. Maximum intake of green tea and water.. Take high fibre low carbs low salt low sugar low fat diet.. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm.. Morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal or cornflakes...

There can be manyy reasons to weight gain. Hormone imbalance, sedentary lifestyle, overeating, low basal metabolic rate. Sedentary lifestyle can lead to lot of health issues mainly being overweight. This isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. A * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Dear lybrate user, it is possible to be fit and healthy again. Right now you seem to be having too much additional weight. Your bmi comes to 49 which is extremely high. First thing is you need to get a complete body check up done with thyroid/sugar/liver/lipid/kidney profile and bp checked. Thereafter you should consult a dietician who can prepare a diet plan for you along with exercise plan. This you should do immediately. You may have done gymming and swimming but maybe you didn't get proper guidance and motivation for best results. Also you will need to change/alter your food habits. Get rid of all the high calorie and junk food in your house. Focus on natural foods like fruits, simple dal-bhaat, stir fried vegetables. Avoid junk. Take charge of your health now, immediately.

sedentary life can cause abdominal fat, for that u should manage ur dirt plan, avoid rice, potato, sweets. take green vegetables, walk atleast 45 min, do crunches, skipping and don't sit after taking meal walk at least 15 min...drink lukewarm water in morning...

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Hi lybrate-user this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Diet plan Drink 1 litter of warm water with 1/3rd tea spoon mineral salt before fresh Before Breakfast Option no. 1 – Take any three vegetables and any one fruit cut into small pieces. Add two tea spoon malli or olive oil. Option no. 2 – shock one tea spoon Chia seeds in 100 ml water and live for 10 mints. Then add 200 ml curd, add one scoop lipolyzer powder. Lunch (1.30 pm) Option no. 1 -- 2 chapatti (BrownXatta)+ Any Veg or non-veg+ Curd + Salad Dinner (7.30-8.00 pm) Option no. 1 – Veg Soup with Butter Option no. 2 – salad + any veg or non-veg Option no. 3 –paneer tika Option no. 4 - one tea spoon Chia seeds in 100 ml water. Then add 200 ml milk Evening snacks – Green Tea with nuts and seeds like almonds, cashew, pista, walnuts, peanuts, flax seeds, sesame seeds. Eat 28 gm pumpkin seeds daily and 28 gm sunflower seeds daily.
