Follow these simple tips and see your weight going down fast. You can start having early and light dinner i.e. your dinner should be before 8 pm. Have more fibre that means more fruits, vegetables, soup and salad. Try to cut down on cereals for dinner. Eat 5-6 small meals in the whole day. Increase your water intake 8-10 glasses per day. Eat 5-6 small meals rather than 2-3 big meals. Have low fat milk. Avoid fat and sugar.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patanjali ayurved) along with 30ml of water after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. The best ayurveda herb for your case is heat 2-4 tablespoons of mustard oil. Fry 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic and a spoonful of pounded omum seeds in it. Cool it to a bearable temperature. Filter and use it to massage a painful joint. Causes compression of the spinal nerve due to ruptured vertebral disc in the spine. Contraction of the piriformis muscle, which may lead to strangulation of the nearby sciatic nerve, resulting in pain. Faulty posture such as slumping on a chair, sleeping in a curved position. Injury that hurts the lower back region can be a triggering cause for sciatic pains. This will help with your concern.

Mosquito bite spreads the dengue virus. So use mosquito net and wear full sleeve shirts in the evening (as goes in the army in field areas: sun down. Sleeves down). Check for any mosquito breeding places. Wrap the septic tank and underground water storage tank's exit pipes with a thin piece of net so that the mosquitoes can't get entry there to breed. Unfortunately so far there is no vaccine nor any treatment available for dengue. Prevention is the only means.

Uterine bubbles are fluid retention in uterus. Some women can develop fluid retention in the uterus in a few different ways. Fluid may become present in the uterus in the form of fibroids. Drinking excess coffee (think 5-6 cups a day) will undoubtedly lead to fibroid growth. Non-malignant growths and tumors can also cause fluid in the uterus, and those that suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease will also find they suffer from fluid becoming trapped within the uterus. If you want prevention for that then avoid coffee, tea, increase your fiber intake.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. If you follow these advises you won't be having back pain while working in IT sector. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. 5-Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. 6-Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time 7--Stretching and strengthening exercises of your back and core muscles are important. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 1yr. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. Aa-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance.
