I think you are becoming too much dependent on medicines instead adopt other means like add more fibrous food in your daily consumption drink atleast 4ti 5 Lyra of lukewarm water every day and initially take isbugol husk table spoon full with water at bed time and in the morning once your your rhythm gets established you can stop even isbugol

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take kanchnar guggul 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

For acne, rep, ace your soap with an anti dandruff shampoo on back. You can use it like a body wash, it will help. For tummy colour, as it icannot be due to tanning, all you can do is get a tummy waxing and then use bleach on the area if it does not irritate you. This can make it lighter. Or you can go for skin polishing or otter clinical treatments.

1. Do a complete blood examination like cbc, esr, mantoux test, x ray chest, sputum examination for afb (3 samples) 2. Consult chest physician with report. 3 do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily 4. Avoid smoking if you smoke 5. If all the test reports are normal, it could be due to allergy. Do an allergy test after consulting allergist/immunologist and follow the advice and treatment.

You have erection problem during sex due to excessive masturbation. Daily masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life. Excessive masturbation can cause problems in bearing child. white patchs on body can be due to various reasons. It can b hereditary or due to use of some chemical agents, drugs, medication, trauma, contact with allergic agents, autoimmune diseases, age to name a few. It's very important that u take care not to injure ur self or that can leave marks. Any suspicious chemical agent such as creams, sprays, deodorants should be avoided. It's imperative to be relaxed or such a condition can worsen. Don't b anxious about anything for everyone faces anxieties and only the relaxed can get above. Diet rich in vitamin c and phytonutrients like anthocyanin namely lemon, orange, gooseberry vil scavenge the free radicals which damage the cells and produce white spots and patchs. If u have autoimmune diseases like pernicious anaemia, thyroiditis, alopecia areata, vitiligo, inflammatory bowel disease, it has to be evaluated and treated and it vil definitely respond to treatment .

High grade fever, headache, skin rashes, pain behind the eyes. Bleed may be from nose, gum, ear or skin rashes. Are symptoms of dengue. -test for confirm dengue is ns1. Prevention from dengue:---- as there are no injections or vaccines available to cure dengue, prevention by following certain basic steps will be the most effective way to fight against the dreadful disease. Some of the ways to prevent the onset of dengue are stated as follows: it is better to avoid stagnant water in flower pots, buckets, barrels etc, in and around the house, as these are the favorite places for mosquitoes to lay eggs. Water should be stored in closed containers bleaching powder may be used in water sources that are not meant for drinking, as it prevents the development of mosquito eggs the female mosquito feeds on blood as it requires the blood protein to produce eggs, hence it is better to use mosquito repellents, even when indoors it is advised to reside in a well screened or air conditioned house. If not, mosquito nets may be attached to the windows usage of long-sleeved shirts, boots, socks and long pants is advised when outdoors it is healthier to avoid being outdoors during dawn, dusk or early evenings when mosquitoes tend to roam around in the open mosquitoes are attracted to dark colored clothing hence it is better to wear bright and light colored clothes avoid strong perfumes, as mosquitoes are drawn towards strong body odours.
