Which operation is the best for appendicular i.e one is laparoscopy another is normal operation. Give me some details / side effect about laparoscopy surgery.

Hi. Both surgeries have got same aim ,i e, removal of appendix. In conventional surgery there is a incision of roughy 6 cm on right side of abdomen. Recovery occurs in around 2 wks. In laparoscopic appendicectomy there are 3 small incision of 1 cm, 5 mm & 5 mm. Recovery is early. Pain is less. You can choose any1. Complications can occur with both the methods.

I am 19 and I have hemoglobin of 18% and RBC count of 6.3 million is it a big problem? I have leg pain since 2 months is it because of the above count?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Other tests are ther to be done and as it is this is not a problem .A high hemoglobin level for a man would be above 18 g/dl and a woman 15 g/dl. High hemoglobin levels can occur naturally if you live or have traveled recently to high altitudes where oxygen levels are low. The low oxygen stimulates your body to produce more red blood cells which have the hemoglobin.

Hi, your issues/ symptoms as you describe point towards some mineral/ vitamin deficiency unless there is some other issue that requires to be clinically examined/ investigated. I would advise you to consult a general physician in person who can discuss with you and advise tests suitably to see if you are deficient in something, especially need to check your calcium & vitamin d levels. At the same time, ensure that you have balanced diet and a streamlined lifestyle. Exercise/ walk daily in fresh air for about 30 minutes and relax/ de-stress regularly. Exposure to early morning sun rays for 5 to 10 minutes daily helps replenish the vitamin d levels. In case you are a student still, set realistic goals and give your best while being focussed on your present. Its extremely important that you relax/ de-stress intermittently so that you stay engaged and do not get fatigued. It is advisable to avoid oily and fried stuff. Rather, consume more of fresh fruits & vegetables and stay hydrated. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily. Cheese, yogurt, fish, fortified orange juice, soybeans, whole grain cereals, leafy greens are a few food items that you can include in your menu. Hope this helps. You may still connect with me for a detailed discussion should you require. All the very best. Sincerely

I have been enjoying a Great Sex life. My sperm count is good. I am no impotent. My male part erects to about 6-7 inches with a nice width. However the problem is, other than my romantic moments, its like lesser than or about 1 inch. When I go to restroom to pee, sometimes its a problem too cause of its length. Its been like this since forever. Is there something can be done? So it could be enlarged, even when I am not having sex. I hope my question is clear. Previously it was misunderstood and I was so called impotent/erectile dysfunction.

Reason should be known. Most of the times youngs indulge in fierce masturbation with tight fist excessively causing constriction of vessels of penis hampering blood flow. It should be corrected by use of pure classic ayurveda tila made of valuable herbs n minerals and organic substances in seasame or other high end oils. Neurotonics are added too. Massage helps dilate penile vessels. It's not commonly available. Do not mistake for cheap advertisement sex oils.
