It could be muscle spasm. Sometimes tension occurs due to gas or indigestion in stomach muscles. When pain occurs, you can take meftal spas after eating something. Exercise daily and eat lots of fibre to keep your stomach in good condition.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

Hi. I want to loose my weight so please suggest me a diet plan I want to follow a good diet and loose my weight.
Hi, firstly, do not skip any major meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try to avoid the obvious junk like burgers, pizza, fries, noodles, samosa, vada pav and refined foods like farsan/namkeen, biscuits, khari. Try to have a big bowl of salad twice daily with main meals. Incorporate at least 30-40 min of brisk walk/any exercise for minimum of 4 days in a week. Include fruits in between the mail meals like mid-morning and evening.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if you have confirmed diabetes, then starting treatment with appropriate drugs is essential. In addition regular exercise and diet control also is required. You should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakery items and sweetened aerated drinks and high fat milk product. Also avoid fructose corn syrup containing products and high; y proceeded food products. Daily exercise of at least 1 hour, brisk walking can be a very good option. Plus refrain from alcohol and smoking. Basically adapt a modified lifestyle. Thanks.

Hi, as both contains folic acid as a main composition, you can take either of them. But, do check the rest of the components as well as the strength (one is in milligrams and other is in micrograms)!

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Avoid deep fried extra oily food: Generally deep fried over cooked foods causes acidity and gastric problem which lead to indigestion and later on weight gain due to improper digestive system. Add colors to your diet: Use color full vegetables, and eat different color fruits, it will provide phytonutrients. Phytonutrients are natural compounds found in plant foods such as vegetables, fruit, whole grain products and legumes. These plant compounds have beneficial effects working with other essential nutrients to promote good health. Divide your plate into four sections with dairy on the side to represent the five food groups: Fruits Vegetables Grains Protein Dairy What is right ammount of food? (It means your Portion size): One easy way to size up portions if you don't have any measurements is to use your hand as a guide: A clenched fist is about a cup — and a cup is the amount experts recommend for a portion of pasta, rice, cereal, vegetables, and fruit. A meat portion should be about as big as your palm. Limit the amount of added fats (like butter, mayo, or salad dressing) to the size of the top of your thumb. Right time: Fix meal timings, and try to stick to those timings. Maintain a proper gap of meals to get it digest well.

Dear, Weight gain, like weight loss, is a personal thing that can be different for everybody. There are many reasons for why some people have a harder time gaining weight, which can range from simple things like having a higher metabolism to more serious conditions like Hyperthyroidism. If you're hoping to put on weight, you should work with your nutritionist/dietician to figure out what's best for you and your needs. OK, so. Here are some things you might want to keep in mind. 1. It’s not a matter of just eating anything and everything to get more weight. The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you're either gaining muscle or you're gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you're going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you're eating. Always stick to foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you're working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, memory loss, and even premature aging.

Is this capsules is beneficial for me I'm using it from 2 months but I can't find any change in my skin I think my hairs become thin. Sea buck thorn may not be effective in indians. Specialized tablets are there to control hair fall. These tablets clear blocks at the root of hair follicles thereby giving them proper protein and nutrition and hence hair becomes thick and strong and follicles that are devoid of hair acquire nutrition and grow hairs in them.
