Hello, if your having pain the stone may be getting out. 4 mm stone will pass out with urineeasily. Drink more water on empty stomach. If possible drink sugarcane juice on empty stomach. Takee 3 spoon cow ghee before meal. This will help of great. Do skipping for at leaast 5 -10 min. Don't ever control urge of urination ever.

Hello lybrate-user. Nystagmus is a condition associated with oscillatory movements of the eyeball which may occur at varying intervals. It may be associated with certain retinal defects as well as systemic problems. If it has been present since childhood, it is likely to be completely curable. Though there are a few non-surgical as well as surgical options for nystagmus, they are usually associated with incomplete results. It would be better to have a look at your past reports as well as the present eye condition and then arrive upon a definite conclusion. Hi, it happens, tk, homoeo medicines/ @ echineceaq-10 drops with 1/4 cup of water, cleans your penise, twice a day. @ ignatia 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Tk, plenty of water, tk care.

I am very depressed and want to kill myself. I completely lost my confidence and interest in life. I am facing some familyproblemsfrom last 2 months and one month ago I had given birth to a baby boy but still I am loosing myself. I had become very quite and fearful. I feel scared to share my thoughts and feelings to anyone as no one could try to understand me. I love my husband very much and I want to live with him, only he could give me hope to live now but I can't live with his family now, I feel very frightened with them but I can't share this with my husband. What should I do now. I couldn't sleep, no interest in eating oranything else. I feel senseless. I had totalychanged. I only need to live with my husband or I wouldn't save myself. A very strong urge comes inside me to kill myself. What should I do now. Could anybody help me or I would die.

Hello lybrate-user, killing oneself is not the solution to the problems of life. When a woman is pregnant and for about 6-9 months after delivery she has certain hormones in her body which make her emotionally weaker. These hormones are also necesarry for the development of the baby. I can assure you you will not feel as fearful in 3 month's time. Try to distract yourself whenever you get bad thoughts. Don't give up. Your condition will improve and your baby will bring you a lot of happiness. Be hopeful. Don't worry. This tough phase will pass.

I am listing down some food items that can pacify your pitta-vata dosha. Grains: white basmati rice, barley, corn, couscous, oat bran, oats, wheat, wheat bran vegetables: bitter leafy greens, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, mushrooms in small amount, okra, onions (cooked in ghee), peas, sweet peppers, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, sprouts, squash, green beans, zucchini. Legumes: aduki beans, black beans, black-eyed peas, chick peas (garbanzo beans), kidney beans, most other beans, lentils, peas, soy products, must be cooked properly, once or twice a week. Spices: cooling spices like cardamom, coriander seed, cilantro leaves, fennel, fresh basil, dill, turmeric, small amounts of cumin and fresh ginger. Fruits: sweet fruits such as apples, apricots, avocado, berries, coconuts, dates, figs, grapes, sweet melons, sweet oranges, plums, pomegranates. Dairy: most fresh dairy is good such as fresh ghee, fresh whole milk (properly cooked). Meats: pittas are best suited with a vegetarian diet; however, the following meats are the least aggravating: chicken (white meat), turkey (white meat) which should be baked or broiled. Nuts: few nuts, most are too oily and heating, sunflower and almonds can be good in moderation. Oils: ghee, sunflower, olive, canola, small amounts of sesame.

What is the most important thing needed to improve our health and maintenance of our body.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

She will grow tall. Genetic does not determine only your genes. your parents husbands parents genes also determinesthe growth. Ask her to go for regular exercise eat proper diet wit rich proteins.
