Hello, please rule out pregnancy first and if negative then you can opt for antifibrinolytics to control your bleeding.

Dear Abhi, Welcome to lybrate. You are disappointed due to stress. Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the “fight-or-flight” response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. Physical exercise, creative activities, deep breathing, being away from the situation for sometime etc can help you tackle the stress. I need to know, what are the causes with which you are stressed? Once you know the reason, you will be able to adjust with it with some psycho therapy methods. Please let me know the details. Take care.

You can go for composite veenering instead of crown. .In crown there would be lot of reduction of teeth surface and results are exactly same in both of the cases. You need to find a good dentist who can give you desired results.

Hi It can be mostly due to the hormonal changes with menopausal age if it's started recently. She can take proper constitutional Homoeopathic medicine to adapt with the hormonal changes and avoid many complications such as intense weakness and palpitation, hot flashes ,osteoporosis etc. Pigmentation can be cleared with internal as well as external applications. Thnx.

Have you followed a personalized diet plan prescribed by a registered dietitian? I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through diet. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.

Know More About Nutmeg

Know More About Nutmeg

Replacing nutmeg in a recipe is easier than you think, as there are many different nutmeg substitutes out there in the culinary world. Nutmeg is a warm and earthen spice that is popular in a huge variety of global cuisines and dishes. However, despite being rather distinct, the effect that it has on food can be replicated by any number of other herbs and spices. Whether you have run out of nutmeg before making brownies or you’re entertaining someone with a nutmeg allergy, seeking out nutmeg substitutes is a simple solution, provided you understand their potential flavor profiles and potencies.

Nutmeg substitutes

The best substitutes for nutmeg include aniseed, cardamom, chili powder, mace, saffron, and turmeric, among others.

Allspice

This is actually a blend of three spices – cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg – and is a popular mixture for a variety of sweet and savory foods. Allspice not only includes a portion of nutmeg but also two othercomplementary spices, making it one of the best nutmeg substitutes available.

Aniseed

The licorice-like flavor of aniseed is a good replacement for the musky sweetness of nutmeg. In desserts and sweeter dishes, you can use aniseed as a slightly different, but equally delicious, ingredient.

Pumpkin pie spice

Ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon make up this relatively modern spice blend. Able to be included in many autumnal foods – both sweet and savory – it is most famous for its connection with pumpkin pie. However, using a pinch of this will add small amounts of nutmeg, along with other complementary spices.

Cajun spice

Similar to cumin in its replacement powers, a small punch of cajun spice can give your dish a similar kick as nutmeg, but is not recommended for sweet recipes.

Cinnamon

This sweet and spicy option as a nutmeg substitute is ideal for baking. Cinnamon possesses a warm and recognizable flavor, but when used in smaller concentrations, it can mimic the taste and effect of nutmeg in sweet dishes. Only use half as much cinnamon as you would nutmeg, due to cinnamon’s significantly more potent flavor.

Cloves

Although nutmeg is usually considered sweeter than cloves, they both have a similar earthy, peppery bite to them. While using cloves can change the flavor profile of your dish slightly, the overall effect won’t be unpleasant, and even a perceptive palate won’t notice the difference.

Cumin

Cumin may be commonly associated with indian or mexican food, but its unique flavor makes it a viable nutmeg substitute as well. The end result may be a bit spicier, and less sweet, the two spices share enough similarities for the switch to work.

Ginger

If you are really in a bind, you can use dried ginger in place of nutmeg. While the former has a distinctly more powerful bite than nutmeg, it can help to season certain savory dishes. Use 1/2 teaspoon of dried ginger for every teaspoon of nutmeg called for in the recipe.

Mace

This is a different spice from nutmeg, but it is made from the same tree, which gives it a surprisingly similar characteristic in many different meals. If you are looking for a good replacement for nutmeg, this may actually be your best bet, as it is the closest option to the real thing!

Mustard

This replacement will be a much more potent flavor, leaning towards the savory and astringent side. However, in non-dessert meals, mustard can provide the refreshing bite of nutmeg.

Saffron

Use a very small amount of saffron to replace nutmeg, as it is significantly spicier. Fortunately, when using this in either sweet or savory recipe, it is difficult to tell the difference.

Turmeric

Bearing some of the same active ingredients and capable of providing the same health benefits, turmeric may leave your food a slightly different color, but the flavor profile won’t be too different, as they both share an earthy, woodsy taste.

Mr. Lybrate-user, its a home re, edy, you can try, if possible. Apply milk cream mixed with soaked almond paste for 20-30 minutes over the face/patches& then wash it off with normal water. Try to repeat it 2-3 times/dayuntil you get better progress. You can also apply alovera gel[fresh]if you get, twice /day which also will help.
