I strongly recommended start ayurveda, as allopathy only subsides. Actually asthma is a vata dominant disease. In monsoon it may be increased. You have not given detail history & symptoms. Bt main treatment mentioned in our ancient text are mild purgation, massage, steam & oral medication. Stop causative factor like curd, day sleep, over eating, to eat without hunger, excess drinking water, sweety, salty & sour food. I am suggesting you 3 things 1) drink only half boiled water. Don't take unboiled water 2) ginger + turmeric- 2 2 teaspoon with old honey, before food 30 min 3) bishop weed seed+ cumin seed 2 2 spoon, whole seed after breakfast n each meal. Give follow up.

Dear I cannot guarantee a permanent solution for this energy but there are certain precautions you can take like avoid exposure to cold dust fumes strong smells etc. Then do regular salt water gargles you can also use saline nasal drops contact a chest physician for further management.

Please tell me which is better. aerocort or DUOLIN or SEROFLO capsules for asthma. Different doctors prescribed among them. I have asthma problem sometimes through allergy like dust, cold or humidity.

Please tell me which is better. aerocort or DUOLIN or SEROFLO capsules for asthma. Different doctors prescribed among...
Aerocort is short acting reliever plus a steroid, Duolin is short plus long acting reliever, and Seroflo is long acting reliever with a steroid. I am sure you are more confused now. Seroflo is good for those having long standing persistent breathlessness and is used permanently. Other two are combinations of reliever (relieving the symptoms immediately) at the same time containing steroid also known here as preventer (which helps internal congestion of tubes. It is preferred that your doctor prescribes both contents seperately hence reliever like Salbutamol or Levo salbutamol is used more frequently for immediate relief. The other one steroid or prev enter is used only twice a day as required. This should suit you .But meet your doctor first.

Hi, I suggest, first and foremost you figure out the allergen that triggers your asthma. Dust, smoke, pollen, fungi, animal hair, insects, certain food items like wheat, egg, chocolates, flesh foods etc, cold/ hot air, stress, acidity et al are common allergens that might precipitate asthma and the triggers vary from person to person. So, once you identify the right trigger, try your level best to avoid the same. Secondly, make sure your diet/ nutrition, lifestyle including bowel habits et al are streamlined. Learn to relax and keep your stress levels low. Its advisable to eat in moderation and less than your full capacity than eating to your full. Try avoiding tea, coffee, spices, chillies, pickles, extremely hot & cold/ chilled foods. Do consume citrus fruits/ vegetables rich in vit c as they help strengthen your immunity. Warm saline gargling, at least once daily, shall help protect you from throat related afflictions that often trigger asthma in certain people. Mostly, fresh air, dry climate, regular exercise go a long way in helping avert precipitation of an attack. Daily consumption of ginger tea helps a lot too, unless you are allergic to it. Inhaling the scent of honey during an asthma attack helps breathe easier. Learning well & practicing yogasanas/ postures and breathing techniques/ pranayams help streamline/ regulate breathing patterns, and increase the airflow to the lungs, increases its air capacity, exercises the respiratory muscles etc, thereby improving the lung function overall. It also helps de-stress and relax thereby facilitating breathe easily, and properly. It is advisable to learn the techniques/ asanas from a trained person who can advise rightly in line with your medical conditions/ requirements. Hope this helps. You may connect with me in private to discuss and come up with a naturopathic treatment plan that suits you in particular and gives you a long lasting relief from your chronic ailment (s). All the very best.

Please take Bryonia 200 – once daily for next 3-4 days. Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.

Hi! Rakesh, Here is an best medicine for you which will surely give you relief One of the simplest home remedies for a cough is to cut onions. Breathing in the strong vapors can help stop coughing. You can also make a cough syrup from baked onion juice, comfrey tea and honey. Drink it daily to get relief from a dry cough. Another option is to combine one-half teaspoon of onion juice with one teaspoon of pure honey. Swallow this solution at least twice a day to alleviate a cough and soothe your throat.

Dear this is due to the dryness of the mouth, first you get checked your thyroid status, and start getting yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you. As long as your mouth remains hydrated this will act as protective layer and this will protect you by raising local immunity in the mouth.
