Hi, Apply Sesa Hair oil to the scalp at night daily and take cap. Sesa 1-0-1 after food cor 3 months continuously. Do not take headbath daily with the shampoo. Head bath once in a week is advisable.

This happens because foulty sitting posture. You should consult a good physiotherapist nearby and learn some stretching and strengthening exercises. Try to maintain neutral posture while sitting and standing. Avoid continues sitting for more than 30 minutes at a stretch.

You need to consult a dentist for this, so that it can be dealt properly systematically. It will be safely removed by dentist, otherwise if you try to remove it without knowledge, it harms your teeth. Take care. :)

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hello, Adding malted beverages like horlicks, Bournvita are loaded with sugar with no or minimal health benefits. The best combination to boost serotonin is adding a pinch of turmeric to warm milk.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion IRON rich diet like Green vegetables,Fruits and 2 glass milk daily PAPAYA PACK ( BAKSON) Daily apply on face directly in evening when u think u r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigmentation spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia, involves intense fear of certain social situations—especially situations that are unfamiliar or in which you feel you’ll be watched or judged by others. Underlying social anxiety disorder or social phobia is the fear of being scrutinized, judged, or embarrassed in public. You may be afraid that people will think badly of you or that you won’t measure up in comparison to others. And even though you probably realize that your fears of being judged are at least somewhat irrational and overblown, you still can’t help feeling anxious. While it may seem like there’s nothing you can do about the symptoms of social anxiety disorder or social phobia, in reality, there are many things that can help. It starts with understanding the problem. Yes it is completely curable with the help of psychiatrist and psychologist who will play the main role in managing your social phobia through techniques systematic desensitization and exposure. Seek help as soon as possible. We avoid what frightens us and are frightened by what we avoid. So start to actively put yourself in social situations. In fact, even doing this in your mind as well as for real will help show your unconscious mind that" this is normal. All the best.

My leg is paining. What I do?

X rays of both knee joints (digital) rule out diabetes high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

For dandruff use Keraglo AD shampoo three times in a week. Sebowash shampoo once in a week. For hair fall take tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Increase intake protein diet.

Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning.

It's important to control the hair fall control and hair thinning. Hair loss is an ongoing process which if not treated may result in baldness. Progressive hair loss should be treated, as you are 26 years of age, go for other latest non surgical therapies like mesotherapy or platrlet rich plasma extract.

I get very tired at the end of the day. I hardly get some time for myself due to tiredness. Any solutions to it?

Hye, thanks for the query. Tiredness is very often because of lack of energy due to poor eating habits. You have to feed your body what and when it needs. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Hello, Homoeopathy can prevent further greying of hair but the already grey hair can not be turned to black. for white hair you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day , daily. Apply A-1 Black Hair Oil on your hair thrice in a week. Wash the hair with A1 Black Shampoo.

HI…reason behind obesity is decreased BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE), 1) so question is HOW BMR DECREASED…. BMR is mainly depends upon functions of LIVER, THYROID, PANCREASE, and PITUITORY GLAND, A) hypo- functions of these organs reduces BMR and body becomes obese, B) hyper- functions of these organs increases BMR and body becomes lean, C) so if you want to reduce weight then we have to increase BMR, D) so to increase BMR follow few basic things, 1) take solid food two times in a day only, 2) try to take diet which is easy to digest and according to quantity of hunger, 3) eat those fruits only which increases power of digestion and which easily digests LIKE…grapes, pappya, orange, pomgrenate, sweet lime, pineapple, watermelon, muskmelon, strawberry, mulberry, 4) strictly avoid fruits which are hard to digests like banana, guava, custardapple, chiku, jackfruit, 5) Try to take soups of green gram, lentil, horse gram, 6) try to take meals inbetween 10 am to 9 pm, 7) when you take meal do not eat anything for minimum 4 hours…. GASTRITIS DIET I. An all-fruit diet for five days. Take three meals a day of fresh-juicy fruits at five-hourly intervals and use warm water enema during this period. II. After an exclusive fresh fruit diet, gradually adopt a well-balanced diet on the following lines:- 1. Upon arising: 25 black raisins soaked overnight in water along with water kept overnight in a copper vessel. 2. Breakfast: Fresh fruit and a glass of milk, sweetened with honey. 3. Lunch: A bowl of freshly-prepared steamed vegetable, two or three whole wheat wheat tortilla and a glass of buttermilk. 4. Mid-afternoon: A glass of carrot juice or coconut water. 5. Dinner: A large bowl of fresh green vegetable salad with lemon juice dressing, green gram bean sprouts, cottage cheese or a glass of buttermilk. 6. Bedtime Snack: A glass of milk or one apple.
