You are suffering from anxiety. Quietly think over it, what is it that is hurting u.It is psychological problem. So all reports are normal, because reports are related to body not mind. It is the subjectively unpleasant feelings of dread over anticipated events It is often accompanied by muscular tension,[3] restlessness, fatigue and problems in concentration. That is why you are feeling chest pain and tightness. A psychiatrist will definitely help you.

It may not be required for long term if his diet is complete ( a balanced diet ) and is active with daily exercise. A regular health check-up and following a healthy life-style is a better way of taking good care of health.

What is the best food for low bp.
I have extremely low bp. And need to lose weight too.
Food source reach in sodium is preferable like tomato potato green veg curd milk. But diet for hypotention is different for person to person. It is depend on many factors like history, cause, medicines, life style etc. You need day to day diet plan.

Blood Pressure - Control It In 5 Easy Ways!

MBBS
General Physician, Cuttack
Blood Pressure - Control It In 5 Easy Ways!

Blood pressure rises with each heartbeat and falls as your heart relaxes. The normal blood pressure should be less than 120/80 mm hg. An increase or decrease on either end can cause various problems.

Here are some of the natural ways to control your blood pressure.

  1. Having a diet low in sodium: In the event of a high blood pressure, curtail the consumption of foods that are rich in sodium. However, research reveals that sometimes it is not just enough to cut down on sodium in your diet. A person suffering from high bp should consume foods rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium as well to keep his/her bp in check.
  2. Drink plenty of water and curtail the consumption of alcohol: In case a person suffers from low blood pressure, it is advisable to drink plenty of water as low blood pressure is usually accompanied by bouts of dehydration, and consumption of water can help increase your blood pressure. Also, health drinks, which are rich in electrolytes, help your raise blood pressure. But one should avoid drinks that are high in sugar, and abating your alcohol consumption also helps to quite an extent.
  3. Burn extra calories and exercise regularly: Blood pressure usually increases with weight. Being overweight can lead to sleep apnea, which is marked by disruptive breathing while you sleep, which in turn condition can lead to increased blood pressure. Studies have found that weight loss is one of the most effective ways to control high bp. Regular physical activity is also advised to maintain a stable blood pressure.
  4. Avoid long, hot showers: The hot water in showers and spas can expand your blood vessels, which can often lead to a drop in blood pressure. A common sign of this would be dizziness and fainting while taking a bath. Therefore, for people suffering from this condition, using warm water rather than hot water is advisable.
  5. Completely avoid stress: One of the contributing factors of high blood pressure is chronic stress. Stress tends to affect blood pressure in indirect ways. Many react to stress by overeating, consumption of alcohol and smoking, all of which can increase your blood pressure. Try to know what triggers your stress and take steps to avoid it. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a General Physician.

I am 28 years female. Recently did lipid profile. My cholesterol level is 200 and ldl is 140. Any suggestion for these?
your LDL levels are surely a matter of concern. Kindly cut down sugar and salt in your diet. Stop taking meals, after 8 pm at night. Stop taking fast food, spicy food, maida items, bakery items, kidney beans, white channe, black gram etc in your diet. Do brisk walking for 6 hrs in a week, 30 mins daily at least. Take ayaskruti, 2 tsf in half a glass of warm water with, 1 tab of vyoshadi guggal, after meals, three times a day. Chew the tab for best resultd. Take varandi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, before meals. continue the regime for 45 days. check the lipid profile after 45 days. Make a habit of taking triphala powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm water at bed time regularly. Good luck

I have thyroid and there are always boils on my back, ear or face my weight is stuck to 77 and hemoglobin is also low what should I do.

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology

I have thyroid and there are always boils on my back, ear or face my weight is stuck to 77 and hemoglobin is also low...
Hello, Thanks for the query. It is not clear whether the communicator is male or female. Because hypothyroidism is more common in women. Having repeated boils is unlikely to be due to hypothyroidism. Where as weight not reducing can be a problem due to improperly controlled hypothyroidism. When on treatment TSH should be maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L, then only all the symptoms are likely to be controlled including weight. For repeated boils please get your blood glucose checked. Thanks.
