You maybe suffering from pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.

Hi this is Dr. Vyas you have to follow these simple steps 1. Rest for few days 2-3 days. 2. Hot fermentation. 3. Use pain reliever spry (relly spry/ volini spry) 4. Tips to increase height fast and naturally:

Exercises to grow height –

Most people gain height according to heredity but just a little effort during the teenage years can really help to grow height fast. This is so because young boys and girls experience a growth spurt during puberty and if they exercise regularly and stretch themselves, they can definitely gain more height naturally. Here are a few exercises that can help to increase height fast and naturally.

Hanging – This is a very simple exercise that one can do while at home. Just get a rod fixed at the entrance of your room at a convenient height. Now jump and grab the rod. Hold on to it as much as you can. It might seem very easy but it stretches your entire body and thus helps to grow taller.
 
Stretching – Just lean against the wall and stretch your hands above your head as much as you can. Now stand on your toes and hold this position as long as you can. Repeat this exercise five times.

 
Skipping – This is a great exercise to grow taller. You can do it in the company of friends and take turns while doing it. It is really fun to skip with a rope. In this exercise, the knees are bent back and forth continuously and it stretches your body.

Practice yoga – Yoga has been known to cure various diseases of the human body. It is not surprising to know that it also helps to gain height. There are various yoga asanas that can help a person to grow taller. Some of the useful asanas include the cobra stretch (bhajangasana), the triangle pose (trikonasana) and the mountain pose (tadasana). You can include many more asanas in order to improve the overall fitness of your body.

Toe touching exercise – This is perhaps the most effective and also the easiest exercise to gain height. Not only does it help to gain height, it also increases the flexibility of your body. You need to sit on the floor and touch your toes without bending your knees. Alternatively, you can stand with your feet apart and then bend your spine to touch your toes.


2. Sports that help to grow –

There are many such sports that can really help a person to gain height. You can choose any of the below mentioned sports and practice it regularly for best results.

Swimming – Stretch your entire body with this great sport. Swimming can help you to gain height, lose weight, make your body flexible, keep your heart healthy and also relieve stress. Your muscles get elongated in the process of swimming. Children who start learning swimming at an early age are usually able to reap more benefits.

Cycling – Be it a stationary bike or moving; both are equally helpful in increasing your height. When you cycle, all the major muscle groups of your body are made use of. It helps to stretch your body and make it toned.
Tips to increase height fast and naturally 

Basketball – This is a very engaging sport that can help you to gain height. When you aim to throw the ball in to the basket, your entire body is stretched. It might seem difficult in the beginning but with practice, you can master it and gain height as well.
 

3. Get sufficient sleep –

Sufficient sleep is essential to gain height. Research has shown that the human body grows during sleep. Teenagers must get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night. The human growth hormone is released by our brain when the body is at rest. If you do not get sufficient amount of sleep, your brain will not be able to release the growth hormone in adequate amounts. If you find trouble going to sleep, change your routine or take a warm bath to relax your body.


4. Eat a nutritious diet –

A healthy and nutritious diet is the key to a tall stature. Make sure you include enough calcium and vitamin D in your diet. Calcium and vitamin D are crucial for the development of healthy bones. You need to have lots of proteins and zinc to support your growing body. Avoid junk food and eat all your meals. Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.

Hello lybrate-user. You could consider the option of refractive surgery (lasik) to get rid of your glasses. Operations done to remove the refractive error (power) of the eyes are known as refractive surgery. There are certain basic criteria that most patients need to fulfill before they can safely undergo refractive surgery. To enumerate, they are: (1) stability of refraction: the power of the eyes should have become stable for a period of 1.5 years minimum without any change. (2) curvature of the cornea should be tested by a technique which is known as topography. (3) thickness of the cornea should be measured by a test known as pachymetry. The minimum thickness required is 550 microns. (4) dilated retina evaluation: this is one of the most important tests that should be performed by a trained retina specialist. This test helps in detection of any offensive lesion on the central or peripheral retina. In case of any retinal abnormality, these should be treated before undergoing the surgery for number reduction. (5) there should be no pre-existent corneal abnormality. (example: corneal scar, opacity, defect, etc.) another important suggestion is that whenever you go for the assessment (the above mentioned tests), you should discontinue the use of contact lenses at least 4 weeks prior to the assessment. The reason for this being that use of contact lens temporarily alters the contour of the cornea. It takes around 3-4 weeks for the restoration of the original corneal contour after removal of the contact lens. Another important point is that you, as a patient, should be compliant to put post operative medication in your eyes for at least 2 months. There is bound to be some discomfort, watering, foreign body sensation, pain after the surgery in most cases-you should be ready to tolerate that. A leave from work for 7-10 days after the surgery should be generally sufficient.

Try to do meditation and yoga. Read good books and listen to music and if you are believer attend Bhajans Alcohol causes 7 types of cancer, including breast, mouth and bowel cancers. When you drink alcohol, cancer-causing chemicals are formed. Alcohol also affects hormone levels and makes cells even more likely to be damaged by smoking. The less alcohol you drink, the lower the risk of cancer. No type of alcohol is better or worse than another, it is the alcohol itself that leads to the damage, regardless of whether it is in wine, beer or spirits. And drinking and smoking together are even worse for you. Not everyone who drinks alcohol will develop cancer. But on the whole, scientists have found that some cancers are more common in people who drink more alcohol than others. Every year, alcohol causes 4% of cancers .Tips to cut down on alcohol. There are lots of simple ways to cut down on the amount of alcohol you drink. It can help to work out if there are particular times or situations when you tend to have a drink, whether that’s a bad day at work or a weekly pub quiz tradition, and plan what you’ll say and do differently next time. Have more alcohol-free days a week. For liver health it’s best to have at least 2 days off alcohol in a row each week. Try agreeing on certain days with your partner or a friend and help each some wi other and stick to it. If you are planning to drink alcohol, decide on a limit in advance and make sure you don’t go over it. Swap every other alcoholic drink for a soft one – starting with your first drink. Try shandy instead of a pint of beer, or swap ne for soda and have a spritzer. Don’t stock up on beer, wine or spirits at home. Finish one drink before pouring another, because topping up drinks makes it harder to keep track of how much you’ve had and when you planned to stop. Avoid buying drinks in rounds, that way you don’t have to keep pace with anyone. Tell a friend or partner that you’re cutting down on alcohol, they can support you – or even join you.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. Your age is not as much from where you belong/ your father have beards or not it's due to genetic don't go on others advise wait till 21yrs of your age. Put on some weight.
