If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Along with the medicine you need to do lifestyle and dietary modifications as well. Start doing regular exercise for weight loss, take adequate nutritious diet including fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy products. Avoid coffee, fried and canned food.

Overeating - 3 Tested Ways To Kill This Unhealthy Habit
Our bodies inform us about our hunger and when it is satiated. But when we get exposed to the world of dieting and diet foods we are addicted to them, unable to find a balanced way of eating. Overeating or binging on food is a problem that a lot of people face.

Here are 3 tested ways to stop over eating and feel healthier.

1) Eat slowly - It is the brain that sends us signals about whether or not we are satiated. It takes about 12 minutes to actually feel satisfied and the brain takes that much time (or even a little more) to comprehend. That?s why, you should eat slowly and chew your food well, so that you give the brain enough opportunity to realize whether the hunger is satiated.

2) Eat whole foods - Those artificial and processed foods are certainly tasty and oh so enticing. But they are overloaded with calories and artificial sweeteners, which would do you more harm than good. So, it is recommended that you eat more of whole foods. They will keep you filled for longer and avoid instances of over-eating. In the beginning, you might experience some trouble, but it would cease within a few days.

3) Exercise - Exercise releases hormones that keep us happy. These are also the hormones that provide us the opportunity to feel less hunger. So, exercise to avoid overeating and binging behaviour. This is particularly true for women trying to lose weight while exercising- you will only see results if you make dietary changes as well.

For height, you have to take high protein diet and other vitamins and minerals too. The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet.

To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Hello, Water requirement is based on various factors like body fat,height,weight,climate,physiology etc. Dont force feed water,that wont help. There is a calculation for this .

You need a cleaning with polishing.. Do ask for proper brushing technique from ur dentist after cleaning.. Do massage ur gums regularly and use floss.. Use a soft bristle brush and any fluoridated tooth paste..( tooth paste which has fluoride amount in it like colgate and pepsodent)

Pimple is a skin problem. These are the causes: • excessive sebum (oil) production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance and infection by bacteria. These are the methods to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..

Hi. Drink a lot of water. Having oil application of whole body before bath once in a week will help you to reduce the dryness of skin. You can choose coconut oil or olive oil. Apply honey around your eyes. Take any of fresh juices daily. Application fo kumkumadi lepa around your eyes for some time then wash with cold water daily once.
