I have pain in my legs from 2 days.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Requires examination and investigation in detail. Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

A day after a good workout session at gym, I am hearing a popping sound in my shoulder and bone/ muscle overlapping or moving one over other, though I feel a little pain when I move my hand up and down. Just curious to know is it any sign of injury or this happens? For this I got many replies and remedies like icing, low frequency exercise ,rest, it's been almost two weeks, still same condition.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of wrist pain, it can be due to inflammation of tendons around the wrist, can be secondary to swelling, ligamentous strain or injury etc. If there is only localized pain with no other s/s of inflammation, start with conservative management like ice packs, anti inflammatory medication, wrist brace for 2-3 weeks and then let me know. If it does not improve, we might have to get a few investigations done for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind and improve concentration. Take light dinner. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed. Avoid late night. Don’t take sleeping pill. If no relief consult doctor

You need a proper sports injury physiotherapist session which work on your injured shoulder. Starting with simple hot fomentation, rhythmic exercises, isometric exercises, isotonic exercises gradually move towards exercises with light weights to medium weight exercises according to your need which gives your joint proper stability by improving the strength.

Hi I can understand your problem. It's due to nerve compression at lumber spine. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Ferrum phos 200x + Nat mur 200x 4 tab each thrice a days with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Kindly show me digital x rays of cervical spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Shoulder. Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Neck. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.
