It is because of the altered biorhythm of your present work schedule. However follow the advice given below 1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night., and don’t sleep in day timeDon’t take sleeping pill .9. If no relief consult doctor

Hello sir, I agreed with the lybrate-user. Kalyani's advice but I want to add one more important point in that and thats 1) try to avoid long standing position as much as possible 2) use the compession stockings 3) use the pneumetic compressive therapy if available at your near by physio centre.

It may be torn labrum. Please visit shoulder specialist. He will examine and tell you to get mri of shoulder. Tell the report.

Sleep has some type I tell you 2 type 1.beta sleep = in which we are in dream if you take this kind of sleep it will not good even you take 8 hr 2.delta sleep=in which we sleep very deeply if you take this kind of sleep then 4 hr is also sufficient 3.if genarly you ask me we should 3 hr or 6 hrs or 9 hrs because our sleep cycle is complete in every 3 hrs so you should tkae sleep ik this then only you feel energetic.

Pain radiating means threre is compression on nerve. It may be because of slip disc, spondylosis, tight pyriformis etc consult with nearer physiotherapist doctor. Physiotherapy is the only treatment for your condition. If you don't want to go for surgical option. It will be treated with electro modalities, manual therapy, exercise therapy etc.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

I would suggest you to- do deep breathing exercises to relieve yourself from stress. Drink plenty of liquids. Busy your self in reading books/magazines. In future- stick to a regular sleep schedule. Avoid day naps. Limit caffeine, alcohol, and tea. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at night. Avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Do regular exercise. Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. I met wid an accident later on m getting pain in my left leg starting from the gluteus some times gluteus to down to the calf. Taken MRI the report showing that. L4-L5 disc shows that posterior central and left para central disc extrusion producing moderate thecal and lateral recess nerve root compression. L5-S1 disc shows that posterior central and bilateral para central disc protrusion producing mild thecal and bilateral lateral recess nerve root compression. What does it means. What are the steps I have to take to get rid of this. And what are the precautions I have to take or any medication. And is it any risky situation? Thanks in advance.

The pain you are getting is due to compression of nerves at lower back (sciatic nerve) and the pain is sciatica. Regular exercise will help to release compression over the nerve. Exercise includes leg lifting at perpendicular position by lying down. Exercises are given in my health feed. If pain is severe you should take medicine for some days. Consult if you need any help.
