1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment 6. I have a little bit of physical work in my company, like walking here and there. My weight is 85 kg now, and its constant from last 3 yrs, but my belly fat is increasing now which doesn't look so good. So please advice me how to reduce it or get in control. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. 10 HEALTHY HEART TIPS ::

A healthy lifestyle will make your heart healthier. Here are 10 things you can do to improve yours.

1) GET ACTIVE
Do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week. One way to achieve this target is by doing 30 minutes of activity on five days a week. Fit it in where you can, such as by cycling to work.

2) GIVE UP SMOKING
Smoking is one of the main causes of coronary heart disease. A year after giving up, your risk of a heart attack falls to about half that of a smoker.

3) MANAGE YOUR WEIGHT
Being overweight can increase your risk of heart disease. Stick to a well-balanced diet low in fat and high in fruit and vegetables, combined with plenty of physical activity.

4) DITCH THE SALT
To maintain a healthy blood pressure, stop using salt at the table and try adding less to your cooking, or cut it out completely. You'll soon get used to it. Also watch out for high salt levels in processed foods. Check the food labels – a food is high in salt if it has more than 1.5g salt (or 0.6g sodium) per 100g.

5) PLENTY OF FRUITS & VEGETABLES
Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Add dried fruit to breakfast and add vegetables to your sauces and curries.

6) EAT OILY FISH
Eat oily fish twice a week. Fish such as mackerel, sardines, fresh tuna and salmon are an excellent source of omega-3 fats, which can help protect against heart disease.

7) WALK OFF STRESS
If you're feeling under pressure, clear your mind with a walk. It will help put your ideas in order and reduce tension. If it's a brisk walk, it will also count towards your daily activity.

Went for abdomen ultrasound and saw that the use same cloth to tuck in abdomen on every one while doing ultrasound They use same cloth on every one won't it harm if some one on period had came for ultrasound and some blood would come in contact with it as they tuck in the same cloth on every one Please help me I am scarred if I have contracted any std as they use same dirty cloth on every people and yes they even clean gel with same cloth.

Hi lybrate-user! your concern is justified from hygiene point of view. But you went too far ahead when you said something about contracting STD from it. Yes, using same cloth for everyone may lead to skin infections, and transmission of skin infections. But even that happens rarely. It's like sitting on the same chair while going to a barber, or a restaurant. If you still feel unhygienic, get a green sheet and ask them to use it for you. I hope it helps. Thank you.

Unlikely to be pregnant as getting too much of discharge is sign of more sexual desire and urge for intercourse. Nausea and weakness may be due to unfulfilled desire. For stone drink plenty of water at lest 5-6 litre per day. Take I tsf of syrup orcitral in one glass of water twice a day. Also take tab. Lasix on holiday or sunday to flush urine so that stone also comes out. For creatinine restrict protein diet. Always control b.p.and sugar. Brisk walking 30 min per day.

If you already have had a heart attack, you should be very careful. Visit your doctor regularly. Take all the prescribed medicines regularly. Go for regular walks do not take stress take proper sleep take less salt in food do pranayama drink plenty of water.

Computer eye strain is known as computer vision syndrome please follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin a, c, e, b complex, zinc and antioxidant (one capsule of revital daily after breakfast) 11. Go for yearly eye examination.
