Carrot juice is very effective in reducing fat from your body. •Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin. •Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice. •Drink a glass of carrot juice every day in the morning. •You can also include carrots in your daily salad mixture or eat as raw carrots or can even have it steam cooked with other vegetables every day to see a visible weight loss.

Dear sir, it seems you have a weak alimentary canal. There is no medicine for it. The only way you can prevent is by taking small meals at a time and avoiding fatty and spicy foods. Take cap. Providac once daily for 15 days.

No its not help you in weight loss you can follow proper diet like tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with health breakfast like king. Drink more water. Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat more whole grain. Switch from full fat dairy to low fat. Eat good & healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hi lybrate-user Apply Panch Tulsi Ras (from a branded company) locally 3 times a day. It will go within a week. Take 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric with milk or luke warm water. If Panch Tulsi is not available, you may contact me. It is the best treatment. Regards and get well soon.

Hello, itching can be because of an infection, allergy or can be summer related. Apply Calosoft lotion as and when there is itching. Wear loose cotton clothes. The red marks would subside on their own. See a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.
