Reduce your weight. Consult a good gynaecologist to find the reason of your dysmenorrhoea. You need a check up. Do not take nsaids frequently. It causes ovulation problem. So consult your gynaecologist.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hi, combination of healthy and balanced diet with breast exercises will help in toning up the muscles of breast, subsequently slight increase in size! 1. Bhujangasana or cobra pose is an easy pose that can be practiced by anyone at home. It helps in breast enlargement in short time. To perform this pose, first lie down on your stomach. Place your palm on the floor and then lift your upper part of the body by pressing the palm against the floor. Half lift the body until abdomen and look upright. Stay here for few seconds and then drop the head on the floor in resting position. Repeat the position 2 to 3 times initially and then gradually increase the number. 2. Gowmukhasana or cow pose, this posture act on the upper part of the body. This pose has been found effective for breast enlargement. Start this pose by sitting in lotus pose. Lift your arms parallel to shoulder. Twist the left arm backward and try to touch the right arm. Repeat the pose similarly at opposite side. 3. Ustrasana is also known as camel pose due to its resemblance with camel. In order to come into this pose, sit comfortably on your knees. While bending backward, try to hold right ankle with right hand and left ankle with left hand. Lift the buttock up making an arch and drop your head down and backward. Remain in this pose for few seconds and repeat again for one or two times. 4. Vrikshasana or tree pose: stand straight on the floor, lift you left leg and place it on the thigh of right leg. Now inhale and raise your hands in praying pose above the head. Stay here for few seconds and then release the pose. Repeat in same way on the opposite side. 5. Dwikonasana is another effective posture for breast enlargement. To carry out this posture, stand straight with the feet apart. Then take the hands at the back and lock together. Slowly bend the upper part of the body forwards and lift the locked arms simultaneously. Stay in this pose for 20 to 30 seconds and then release the pose. Repeat it 2 to 3 times. Massaging the breasts with olive oil or almond oil (lukewarm) daily in circular motion will also help. Medication: sabal serrulata q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day for 4 weeks first, then get back to me.

His is the first and one of the very common fallout as a result of excessive masturbation / night fall - Premature Ejaculation. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times

Hello Lybrate user, Try these techniques: 1. Try to get full sleep. Take at least six hour rest for refreshment and relaxation of your mind. A fresh mind can concentrate more easily. 2. Take regular exercise. Brain takes its nutrients from blood for functioning properly. Physical exercise speeds up blood circulation to brain and brain gets well nourished as well as brain gets rid of waste products. Physical exercise is necessary for enhancing power of concentration. 3. Study in a place with no or less distractions. Your study place should be free from such things which may absorb your attention, i. E television, music, changing color bulbs, maps etc. Similarly study in quiet place free from sound distractions. 4. Avoid multi-tasking. While you study avoid playing with other things. Like you study as well as texting to friends on cell phone or making hair styles or one eye on television and one eye on book. Similarly study one subject in one time. 5. Have free mind. Throw off your mind all the irrelevant thoughts while you study. If you are obsessed by a certain idea, try to find a solution to your problem first. Stress makes it difficult to concentrate. 6. Fixation of priorities. Fixation of priorities, what should be done first and what should be done next, is very important for having full concentration in your work. If you don’t fix your priorities and work haphazardly, it is more likely you start thinking while doing one task “shouldn’t I do the other task first as that is more important”. This thought will not let you work with concentration. Make time-table for your subject and follow it. 7. Take short breaks in long study. If you study for a long time, you get bore and can’t maintain concentration on work. You should refresh your mind by taking short breaks to maintain your concentration on study. 8. Have interest in your study. Lack of motivation and interest leads to boredom and dividend attention so develop your interest in your studies. 9. Have good breakfast. Your breakfast should contain items with high protein content, carbohydrates and low sugar content. When you get up from sleep, have good diet though normally you should take light diet. 10. Don’t take too much tea or coffee. Tea or coffee has caffeine that gives you more strength for sometime but soon leaves you sluggish. 11. Concentration Exercises. There some exercises which improve your power of concentration i. E. Yoga, self-hypnosis, looking at a round spot on wall with full attention etc. There are books on these things you can study.

Hi, I do not advise using tablet or powders to decrease weight. It is a lifestyle problem, which should be treated with lifestyle changes. Being fit and healthy needs atleast two thing consistently. 1. Good diet. Eat more fiber/salad and eat less sugar/processed food 2. Exercise. You don't need gym. Go for daily joggging or do floor exercises at home. Finding a buddy to exercise will help a lot. Keep a goal of fitness for year.

Hi, since you have pcos, I suggest you need to treat this disorder first so that your hormonal imbalance is corrected, only then you will be able to lose weight. Regarding exercises, pls buy a book called" from fat to fit" by Dr. Dhiren gala and follow the exercises mentioned there. Dandruff: dandruff is a common chronic scalp condition marked by flaking of the skin on your scalp. Measures to combat dandruff: 1) use an antidandruff shampoo like selsun, every sunday for 4 weekends. 2) eat vitamin b and zinc supplement. 3) manage stress. 4) do not oil your scalp, but maintain cleanliness of scalp by shampooing twice a week and rinse hair properly after shampoo. Revert back if further help needed.
