you can follow following diet for weight reducing atleast for few month continue. Day 1. Better start taking Naturamore female powder 1 spoon in morning and 1 spoon at night before sleep with warm milk...it will definitely start giving you positive result with 3-4 days...and then continue it through out your pregnancy for healthy baby. Hi Lybrate user thanks for the query through your concern I can feel your unconditional love for that girl. You love someone its really wonder feeling you should proud of yourself that you are loving someone unconditionally its her bad luck that she is loosing you .but you cannot force any one to love or for care ,if anyhow in any type of pressure someone came then it will be for short time only ,it can be for long time only if someone comes by realising your love and importance. Relation between lovers or any couple is like bicycle and couples are like their wheels when there will be balance then it will run smoothly and when there will be any type of disturbance in any wheel it will lead to disbalance in your what you can do is to talk clearly and if she says no then you must stop any type of contact with her because you will gain nothing and your life will be like hell. Try to divert your mind involve yourself in some other activity make some new friends. May be you are thinking that you can convince her but if there will be any chance then it can be only by giving some space in your relation. Take care.

Tips To Improve Sleep

Sleep is an important physiological function for living beings. It provides much-needed rest for the body, brain and mind. Many psychological disorders begin with sleep disturbance. Decrease or impaired sleep can be due to many reasons. Day to day stress can also affect the sleep-wake cycle.
There are many myths about sleep medicines. However given by a trained doctor they are safe.

Here are a few nonpharmalogical, sleep hygiene tips:
1. Maintain a regular wake time.
2. Go to bed only when sleepy.
3. Do not remain in bed for more than 20-30 minutes while awake.
4. Use the bed only for sleeping and sex.
5. Get up at the same time every day.
6. Avoid looking at bedroom clock.
7. Avoid tobacco, alcohol, caffeine near bedtime.
8. Exercise during morning or afternoon.
9. Eat a light snack before bedtime if hungry.
10. Do something relaxing before bedtime?
11. Do not nap during the day.

U would be suffering from sun allergy.Using sunscreen is a must. But using different types is of no help. Uv rays damage skin cells producing free radicals and a variety of effects like blemishes, pigmentation, darkness and dullness of skin. They need to provide protection from uva and uvb rays. A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors. Uv ray's enter even through your windows and car windshields. Use sunscreen before and after you go swimming. You can use make up or cosmetics over your sunscreen half an hour later.to prescribe further medications,an examination of ur condition is needed.

Menopause Causes:
Because it is a natural transition between two phases of a woman’s life, Menopause is only linked with aging and does not have any significant causative factor. However, cases of Premature Menopause have been noticed in many women below the age of 40. This menopause is more likely to occur in women who smoke excessively, have never been pregnant, or live at high altitudes. Another kind of menopause – surgical menopause – is caused by induced removal of the ovaries. Women who have had surgical menopause often have a sudden and severe onset of the symptoms of menopause.

Some Home Remedies:
Many Ayurvedic herbs can help strengthen and rejuvenate the female reproductive system, regulate hormones, and calm emotions. These include Aloe Vera gel, shatavari (asparagus), saffron,kapikachhu (Mucuna pruriens), and ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). These herbs can be taken in milk decoctions to relieve the symptoms of menopause. Licorice should be consumed during menopause, because it has phytoestrogens that can help correct the hormonal imbalances. Also taking beetroot juice daily is helpful.

Diet & Lifestyle Advice:
Avoid excessive intake of salt, chilies, spices, sour foods, and pickles.
Decrease intake of caffeine and other stimulants, refined sugar, cold drinks, and salads.
Completely avoid junk food and carbonated drinks.
Increase intake of warm foods and drinks; maintain regular meals; and use spices such as fennel and cumin.
An early bedtime, daily oil massage (with almond and olive oil), meditation, yoga, and regular exercise (like walking) are all helpful.

Hi Kirti. Creams like Veet will cause intense pain and burning currently as at term the woman's becomes extra pain sensitive. So i would recommend you to shave it out but that too I'm not sure if you will be able to do it with the big belly in between. However if you can ask somebody to do it extremely carefully you can go ahead with it.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Lybrate-user. Its really wonderful that you r doing yoga but do not stop it as it will help you in a long run. For a faster improvement, you need to do following things to improve your concentration start tratak. Looking a flame of a candle plsced at 3 feet at your eye level. Start writing your diary of good thoughts and your achievements to reduce your pessimism. Start writing time table of your srkf study and routine which will give you an organised day and improve your confidence. Group duscussion improves your concentration. Brisk walk everyday if still no improvement, you need to consult a psychiatrist. You may be put on antidepressants which will take care of pessimism and improve your confidence and concentration. Take care!
