Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. Wash face with medimix soap 2/3 times per day. Contact me after 2 weeks.

I' m 24 years old and facing under eye dark circles form my very young age, from last 5 months they are showing up more and adding to this from last 5 months pimples have started up. I have tried with many home remedies and also consulted dermatologist but could not find any result. I' m seriously worried about this problem and I need a permanent solution for this problem waiting for the reply

A digestive system that is healthy and functions smoothly ensures sound health of both body and mind. If the digestive system faces any kind of interference, the body will be in trouble too. The way the body benefits from regular exercising so does the digestive system as well as the digestive process.

  1. Boosts the Blood Circulation: Exercise is known to boost the blood flow in the body. Blood being responsible for absorbing various nutrients from the digested food and then distributing them throughout the body, proper blood flow becomes necessary for the digestive system to function smoothly. Reasons can be-* cold weather *sitting in inconvenient posture constantly, without changing your position or without movement, *wearing ill fitting sandals, *lack of exercise or *internal disorder like arthritis. Point to observe- * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs. If there is no lift, go up slowly. * if it is due to strain of games or injury, take rest. * if it is due to obesity, reduce weight. * if it is due to constant sitting at a particular posture, change posture and engage in slow walk. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Begain your day with a bowl of overnight soaked soyabean, take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk and sprouts, eggs, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Don't skip breakfast. Don't use drink before and with meals.

To boost protein intake, choose nuts over oil and wheat over rice. To increase iron absorption, include Vitamin C rich foods like oranges, peppers, broccoli and cauliflower.

Hello lybrate-user. I understand your concern. I would suggest you to visit a doctor nearby and check your BP manually and let the doctor evaluate you and decide on a BP medicine. You will also need to get your blood workup and ECG done (its routine) sometime soon. Hope this helps.

Hello Dear,According to Ayurveda, hair is a byproduct of bone formation. The factors responsible for building bones are also responsible for the hair re-growth. Ayurveda doctors believe that early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas).
