Hi Know and understand how to gain weight in a healthy manner While some people try their level best to lose weight, others go to all kinds of lengths to gain weight in order to look healthy. This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. To detect the cause of your problem you need to do some blood tests and ultrasound of pelvis. After which you may need medicines if any report is abnormal. But you should first test urine for pregnancy if there is such chance.

Daily masturbation is definitely harmful. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

I have problem of early discharge since my youth. Right now i am 44. Earlier i used to ejaculate twice, continuously, that's why i did not bother must about that. But now the timing has been reduced to only a few seconds. I have taken medication also earlier. The medication increased just desire not time. Some of the medicines showed effects of vomitting etc. I think it is related to my overall behaviour becoz i am always in hurry and try to expedite every work at the earliest. Is there any solution of my problem.

If you got pregnancy with the sex on 20th march, menses will not come with any medicines. Pregnancy can be confirmed by urine test only after 19-21 days after the sex, if you do not have menses by that time.

Morning:

  • 2 flaxseed capsule with 1 glass of water.
  • At 7 am- Tea with 2 fiber biscuits

Breakfast:

  • 3 Egg white (boiled) with 2 slices of whole wheat bread or
  • Oat meal and 1 bowl sprouts especially moong, soyabeen (sprouted) or
  • Whole-wheat daliya daily 1 large bowl
  • 11:30 am- fruit especially guava and citrus fruit

Lunch:

  • Dal  and vegetable - 1 bowl
  • Curd - 1 bowl
  • Rice- 1small cup.
  • Chapatti- 2-3
  • Salad

Evening:

Green tea/tea with roasted gram or puffed rice.

Dinner:

Vegetable - 1 bowl


2 Flaxseed capsules at bedtime, Chapatti - 2 to 3, Salad

Dietary recommendations

  • Include milk in your daily regime. You may avoid sugar and have skimmed milk.
  • Eggs and chicken are the important sources of protein required for hair growth.
  • Have walnuts and almonds daily (3-4 each)
  • Eat- 1 flaxseed (Alsi) CAPSULE  in the morning and night  with half glass of water.
  • Include vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin A like spinach, mango, green leafy vegetables, and papaya.
  • Include vitamin C in form of lemon and other citrus fruits daily.
  • Drink ample amount of water and liquids daily.
  • Avoid tea, coffee and refrain colddrinks.
  • Include lentils (masur) in your diet every alternate day.
  • Eat iron rich food.
  • Include 45 min of exercise in you routine for atleast 5 days a weak.
  • Eat your dinner before 9 pm

Depression is cured. But now you are suffering with depressive thoughts. It is a psychological feeling of impotency. If you can recover yourself. Otherwise better to consult psychologist. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.
