Swelling over feet is common during pregnancy specially if you sit for long time with hanging feet. Since your bp is normal get urine test done for protiens. If that is also normal, need not worry but keep your bp checked quite regularly. If your job demands prolonged sitting keep some elevated foot rest under your feet and walk in between.

I'm 21 year old. My weight is 53 kg. Last year I took ayourveda weight gainer tablets. At that time my weight was 47kg. I gained approx 10 kg. But after 6 month their was a problem. Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated. If you want to go to the gym in the morning then before that have a small meal like a fruit n nuts and get back home n do your breakfast. It is not advisable to workout after dinner as you need to give at least 1 to 1 and half hour of gap between food n exercise. Best thing to do is eat 1 fruit and nuts before exercise and after that do your dinner.

We all are divided into three major body shapes. Out of three one is wider lower body shape types, so the people with this shape tends to put fat on butt and thighs. Don't worry exercise and walk regularly, also eat food with more protein that will keep you lean.

Do a health check ups. Along with this do regular exercise like yoga, weight lifting and other building exercise. Take food more frequently with extra amount than before. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use whole cream milk. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use nuts, seeds. Add extr4a healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

My both knees are painful in climbing steps etc. Then I consult a good orthopaedician and he gave treatment x. Ray and told that my patella is some type small problem that they are depression that is the problem then he advised to do some exercises. But some times they getting pain why this. You should take Mag phos 12 x - twice daily 4 tablets and additional dose at the time of pain. Secondly wear a knee-cap/crep-bandages if it helps you. Do hot and cold compress alternately till the time you get relief. Be vegetarian and never push too hard for climbing/walking. For further queries get back to me.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 19 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Hello, as your described symptoms you have irregular periods and daily routines of getting dietary measures and metabolic as well as harmonic imbalances. I advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and some yoga. Use rich nourishment and milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi and sour products e. G. Pickles and fried foods. If you feel better result then continue it for 3month. Otherwise have private with me fo pulse diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hello. The following tips would help you to reduce wrinkles: 1.Avoid the sun. Apply a good sunscreen with SPF-30 and apply a good moisturizer before application of sunscreen. 2.Don't smoke. Cigarette smoke ages skin -- mostly by releasing an enzyme that breaks down collagen and elastin, important components of the skin. 3.Get adequate sleep. When you don't get enough sleep, the body produces excess Stress Hormones, a hormone that breaks down skin cells.
