Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

Hi, in 2013 oct i fell down from bike and my knee cap had some crack , doctor suggested me to wear a immobilized bracefor 45 days,where i cant bend my knee, know my knee slightly pain and there is cracking sound ,from the begining i am asking the doctor , but he is saying that it wil cured by its own , kindly suggest me wat to do ?

As per your history it seems you would have had a minor injury as far as the bony component is concerned. But falling from bike and persistent pain since Oct 2013 ie more than a year is not Ok. There are structures in the knee joint like the miniscus which would have got torn and is the cause of persistent pain. Consult Orthopaedic doctor

Mam you should do shoulder mobility exercises. And must take physiotherapy sessions otherwise the pain and movement of shoulder will worsen.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn spinal and knee exercises 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Apply volini cream before sleeping 5. Don't lift heavy things 6. Wear lumber spine belt if pain in back 7. Wear knee cap if pain in knee 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month

No need to worry.it is just muscular stiffness.If it was some disc displacement then it could be something serious as then the pains must have been continuous,but you have pain only after long sitting. Homoeopathic medicine RHUS TOX 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 2 drops direct on tongue 3 times daily for 15 days. Protect your back muscles from extreme colds.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

I have a problem of burning pain on posterior and lateral parts of left thigh not extending below knee and leg. Had been diagnosed with meralgia paresthetica long back. How can I relieve myself from this burning pain?

1. Cat-Camel exercise: -Start on all fours, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees directly below your hips at 90 degrees. -Begin by slowly arching your back, letting your belly sag and lifting your chest and eyes up to look up at the ceiling. -Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds. -Slowly return to starting position. Next, tuck your pelvis and arch your back in the other direction while you let your head drop down and relax. -Hold position for 15 to 30 seconds. -Repeat 3 to 5 times. 2. Quadriceps stretch: -Stand facing a wall with one hand on the wall for balance. -Bend one leg at the knee and bring your foot towards your buttocks. -Reach back with your free hand to gently guide your foot closer to your body until you feel a stretch in the front of the thigh. -Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times on each side. 3. Lunges: -Stand up tall with hands by your side. -Take a large step forward and slowly bend your knees and lower the body down until your back knee touches the floor. Be sure to take a big enough step so that your front knee doesn’t go past your toes. -Return to starting position and repeat on the other side. -Do 10 to 15 repetitions on each side and complete 3 sets. 4. Bridging: -Start by lying on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the ground. -Slowly raise the hips off the ground until the body is in a straight line, pushing the heels into the floor and squeezing the glutes at the top. -Hold position for 15 to 30 seconds. Return to starting position and repeat. -Repeat 10 to 15 repetitions for 2 to 3 sets. try doing these exercises. they will give you relief of pain. take care.

Disuse and overuse both will affect you. Be some what active not more neither less. Ice massage, crepe bandage will prevent further damage. Whenever you are tend to use knee for day to day activities just ware crepe bandage and just remove it while rest.

There is absolutely no connection between your feeling of weakness and mastrubation. Try stopping mastrubation and see if your symptoms improve . If not check with your doctor for any other cause of such symptoms

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
