How can spinal compression be treated? The ortho said it will cure in sometime automatically soon? Is it any major concern please help? As its been almost 4 months now that I had injury physio told me exercises so after doing it the pain is almost gone but sometimes it feels like little pain in between? So after x ray doctor told its compression in lower back and it will cure soon don't want it to be an issue in future so please help thank you.

u have to do life time exercise no heavy weight lifting spinal cord compression can improve by that means only by that.otherwise surgical operation but after physiotherapy u have improved a lot so continue that no major problem will happen in future review back Be Healthy Happy

Hello you are suffering from the back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. Take homoeopathic medicine Rhus tox. 200, 5 drops twice daily for 10 days, then revert me with feed back.

Dear, this is quite common after delivery. Do back strengthening exercises and stretching exercises. Mantain your proper posture in sitting and standing and sleeping. Apply hot packs if you have any severe pain take care.

Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds.

Yeah definitely exercises helps you to strengthen the shoulder especially the triceps muscle which is very important for bowling actions and also the deltoid muscles. It can be strengthened by using dumbbellsor sand bags with 1.5 - 2 kg resistance.

Breaking a bone can be counted among one of the most painful experiences that one can possibly suffer from. 6. Ruta Graveolens: This re-nourishes the damaged body fibers and soothes the bruised areas. It is also known to reduce restlessness.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

ur age is 62. are u on some medication for anything? i think u should consult your local/regular doctor once. at ur age we should not ignore any symptom. by the symptoms you have written, a little difficult to find out what u r suffering from.

Dear sir, My age is 37 years, I had back pain and sciaticasince 28 april 2010. I was continuing treatment in all Ayurveda, allopathy, homeopathy. I had a temporary relief at the time of taking medicine. But no permanent relief. My family back ground got married in June 2009. We lived together around five months, she was pregnant and she left me for delivery to his home. A male child born after that she did not returned to me. Many family councils attended but no use finally we got divorce. She got married by october 2016. Now also am getting thoughts of her. Unable to forget her. My father aged 72 years and prepares food for me, now am in search of bride and no one is coming forward to marry me because of second marriage. My present behaviour/symptoms as on November 2016. Numbness in both foots, hands, some thing wrong in my head that I can not say clearly about it. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Get your lumber spine x ray done. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 8. Wear lumber spine belt. 9. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.
