The most frequent cause in adults for loose teeth is secondary trauma from periodontal (gum) disease. Bacterial plaque built up on teeth from poor oral hygiene causes a chronic infection that eventually weakens gum attachment to the teeth. A loose tooth is a late sign of this damage. Lo calcium level so you take excess milk product ok.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need replacement with removable or fixed (bridges & implants) type of teeth. Cost varies with dentist. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. If you wear dentures, general rule is to: brush, soak, brush. Always clean your dentures over a bowl of water or a folded towel in case you drop them. Brush your dentures before soaking, to help remove any food debris. Using an effervescent denture cleaner will help remove stubborn stains and leave your denture feeling fresher.

Usually mouth ulcers take 7-10 days to heal. You can apply any gel having lignocain 4-5 times a day, especially before eating. Taking b complex will not give immediate relief but it is required to be taken for atleast a month once daily. For long term effect, consult a dentist & get your vit b12 & folic acid level checked. If found deficient, take the advised proper regimen to avoid ulcers for long duration.

Is there any danger undergoing Root canal in the long run.I heard like my teeth will be dead and there is chance of anaerobic bacteria formation in that area.

BDS
Dentist, Delhi
Hi .Getting a RCT is completely safe.In this procedure we clean the nerve of the tooth.Enlarge it with our instruments so that the medicines we put in can completely clean it and make it bacteria free. This procedure is done to remove bacteria both aerobic and anaerobic from the root canal that are causing infection and causing the pain.We live with a lot of bacteria. They are in air,on land,on our skin,in our mouth. So there is nothing to worry about. We live with them mutually.

Hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal ulcers. If they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B level checked. If required, take supplements for it.

Hello, yellow teeth could be because of deposits on your tooth surface. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, floss regularly. You can avoid it by rinsing after every 1-2 hours.
