Yesterday I have done sex for the first time and bleeding happens. Even today morning I found little bleeding. Is it normal?

MD - General Medicine
Sexologist, Delhi
It is normal for some women to bleed after having sexual intercourse for the first time. Bright red in color, the bleeding is caused by stretching of the hymen until it tears. If the bleeding continues, it will turn dark red and trail off until it stops, typically within a few days.

Hi, my mother recently noticed some hard mass in left breast and went for scan and fnac test. In scan they gave 1. E/o hypo ectopic lesson 18*10 mm with small classifications seen 2. Rest of breast parenchyma appear normal. 3. Axillary regions are normal. No lymphadenopathy. And in fnac report they stated. Microscopic appearance: Fine needle aspiration smears from the breast lump are highly cellular with blood elements in the background. The smears show large ductal cells clusters, groups and since contain in a large vesicular nucleus. There is nuclear and cellular pleomorphism. Impression: The features are suggestive of duct cell carcinoma, left breast-suggested biopsy for confirmation. Please tell me is anything serious in the report.

MBBS, DNB (Surgical Oncology), MS - General Surgery
Oncologist, Delhi
You need to show your mother to a breast surgeon/oncologist. She will require a biopsy as the reports suggest breast cancer. She will also require a staging work up. As per the use it is early disease in which case after staging to rule out that the cancer has not spread anywhere she will require surgery. She may be amenable to breast conservation with sentinel lymph node biopsy .entire removal of the breast may not be required because it is a small tumor. Based on the final hpe report after surgery she will require chemo + radiation +/- hormonal therapy.

dear abhishek generally ovulation day is from day 10 to 16 which is a fertile period. day 4 of the period is less likely to result in pregnancy. your second question of some of the semen coming out of the vagina is a normal happening and is not a problem. so dont worry about it. it does not prevent pregnancy

Homeopathy has a promising role to play in cases of dysmenorrhea. The medicines are known to reduce the severity of the pain as well as to treat the cause, whenever possible. Every patient with dysmenorrhea may present with a different set of individual symptoms, which are carefully noted while deciding the homeopathic line of treatment. Homeopathic treatment is strongly suggested. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

It's just stress that's delaying your periods if you had protected sex there is no way you will be pregnant.

My wife is pregnant and she is feeling pain in breasts and it has become hard is any treatment to be done.
This is very common during pregnancy, as there is water retention occurs during pregnancy because of hormone progesterone secreted by pregnancy. This is normal phenomenon and no treatment is required for this. It will settle automatically in few days.

nose doesn't have a bone. it's made of. cartilage tissue. on color doppler, one can see the shape of nose which will keep changing with time as pregnancy advances it doesn't impair the growth of other organs in developing baby, each organ with different criteria for growth

Do a pregnancy test 10 days after missed period to confirm pregnancy. If pregnancy is confirmed then don MTP/take abortion kit after consulting Gynecologist.
