I have back pain from last two week. I do so many yoga for it but this problem not be over. So tell me some good solution for my back pain.

I am feeling palpitations whenever I try to sleep in afternoon after having meals. I had a ECG few days back which is absolutely NORMAL. If anyone can help?

at 20 , there can be other reasons for palpitations ,besides heart which seems normal as ECG shows. you have written heart conditions under medical conditions.please clarify. you are overweight. excess weight is putting more load on heart. reduce weight the healthy way without putting too many restrictions on diet. no sugar and sweets and fats. more proteins like diluted toned milk , boiled egg, katori of nuts-these are fulfilling, nourishing and one does not feel hungry again and again. reduce salt to bare minimum, eat seasonal vegetables and fruits and salads. eat one meal a day-simple daal-roti-rice-chapati. walking is best exercise. reduce @ 5 kg/month get tested after losing weight by 15 kgs.

Both possibilities you have to rule out. For that do x ray knee. And also go for blood test for calcium n d3 level in your body. U can send reports for further treatment.

I am 30 years old and I am suffering from back pain i. E spinal pain how to get relief from it.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Your thigh muscles are getting strained due to overexertion. Follow these tips; 1. Be gradual in your exercise. Gradually increase your workout intensity. Give at least one day break in your exercise regimen. 2. Do leg muscle stretches before gym and apply cold pack after exercises. 3. Take adequate liquids during and after gym. 4. Take well balanced nutritious diet rich in Calcium and vitamin D. 5. Take analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for 2 days to get relief. If problem persists consult again.

Dear get Serum uric acid Heamoglobin test done. Do fasting once a week daily. only take fruits like pineapple, pomegranate, apple and guava. prefer lemon water. Drink plenty of fluids and water. Eat light non spicy and healthy food daily. Stop taking tea coffee, aerated drinks and alcohol. Do morning walk daiy. Take 2 tab chitrakadi vati twice a day with water 30 min after meals. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Exercise is the only way out to release the compression on sciatic nerve. Lie down on back with extended knee and elbow joint. Raise your one leg keeping other leg parallel to the ground, hold for 25 sec, then slowly bring down. Do the same with opposite leg, and then with both legs.
