Hello,you should know the side effects of skin whitening injections Of course, one of the primary concerns with this type of skin whitening treatment is the negative side effects associated with the whitening option. One negative side effect that many are concerned with is the appearance of the whitening. Other than the skin whitening, some reportedly claim hair loss, white spots on their nails, numbness and tingling of extremities, anxiety, depression, and the shakes. Some people unknowingly suffer from an allergy to glutathione. Unfortunately they do not find this out until after they have been injected with this ingredient. Some have also reported systemic infections, as well as worsening asthma-related symptoms. The overuse of glutathione can lead to kidney failure, and, as mentioned before, the ingredient counteracts chemotherapy drugs; so anyone with cancer receiving chemotherapy should not use these injections. Follow the CTM (cleansing, toning and moisturizing) routine daily.

lybrate-user, If you have really good & consistent blood glucose control then you may be able to manage with less number of tests a day. However, if glucose levels are bad then more tests are required to adjust the dose of Insulin. Since, no levels are mentioned and no mention is made of HbA1c% it is difficult to give exact advice. Thanks.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Hi, First and foremost thing is, you have to reduce your weight by good exercise and diet. Take tab. Uteract 2-0-2 after food and tab Hyponidd 1-0-1 before food, which will regularise menstruation. Take these medicines continuously for 3-6 months and gradually your periods will get regularised.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.
