For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness here your medication is also one of reason etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil like keshraksha or nilibhrungadi tail must do oil massage in head for thick hair avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Hair loss at the temples can be an early warning sign that you might have male pattern baldness and that your hairline will continue to recede over time. While this kind of thinning and receding is certainly an alarming experience, your situation is not without hope. This occurs as a direct result of DHT sensitivity, and you may be genetically predisposed to this condition if any other males in your family (such as your father, grandfathers, or uncles) suffer from it. Hair loss that is triggered by stress is sometimes referred to as telogen effluvium; this is due to the interruption of the hair growth cycle at the telogen phase, and this commonly occurs as a response to emotional or physical stress. Common stressors include external shock (such as surgery or injury), illness, and medications. Of course, a chronic stress condition (such as insomnia and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)) can also trigger loss. If the hair recession has only just begun, then there may be a few things you can do to not only stop the hair loss, but even reverse it. Step 1: Find the Cause of Your Hair Loss As there are a few different causes of early stage, it’s first vital that you discover the exact cause so you can treat the loss accordingly. This may be difficult – especially if you believe that a number of factors have played a role.  Step 2: Use Natural Methods to Stop the Hair Loss While hair regrowth is your ultimate goal, you’ll first need to put an end to the progressing loss. This will involve the use of a few different natural methods; let’s take a look! Cleanse and Rejuvenate the Scalp Whether due to DHT sensitivity, traction, or stress, it never hurts to cleanse your scalp and provide it with the nutrients it needs for a healthy environment. Stimulate the Hair Follicles A main factor of hair loss is hair miniaturization. This commonly occurs in MPB, but can also take place due to trauma or other hair loss causes. To treat the miniaturization, then, stimulation of the hair follicles is a must. The easiest way to stimulate the follicles is through scalp massage. This will increase blood flow to the scalp, which delivers necessary oxygen and nutrients while also removing harmful waste. However, a deeper and more effective option is available. Microneedling is a treatment method that involves the use of tiny needles. These needles are rolled over the scalp (with the help of a dermaroller), and cause superficial wounds. As the wounds heal, they go through a three step process (inflammation, proliferation, and maturation) that can actually stimulate hair growth at FIVE times the normal rate!

I am a 30 year man. My hair have gone thin and its falling also. So what to do to make it thick and stop the hairfall.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I am a 30 year man. My hair have gone thin and its falling also. So what to do to make it thick and stop the hairfall.
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Use Rose wood hair comb to brush your hair. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!).

There are little blackheads on my face. On cheeks and nose. And its not going. I am worried if it doesn't turn into a big pimple. How to remove it?

There are little blackheads on my face. On cheeks and nose. And its not going. I am worried if it doesn't turn into a...
First, understand exactly what blackheads are, so you don't damage your skin by trying to scrub them away. "Blackheads are just an oxidized mix of oil and dead skin cells that are sitting in pores. The exposure to air is what causes them to oxidize and turn black. The best way to break down oil in clogged pores is by using beta-hydroxy acid (salicylic) or combination peels containing salicylic acid. It is lipophilic (attracted to fat/oils) and concentrates at the surface of the pore to dissolve the plugs. Consistent use will prevent the blackheads before they form and help clear existing pores. Additionally, glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid which is derived from sugar cane, helps clear dead skin and debris on the surface. These two work well in tandem. It can be found in over-the-counter products. Ideally, you should use a leave-on product rather than a cleanser or soap. Here 's how to decide which one is best for you salicylic or glycolic: If your skin is otherwise clear but you've been putting up with stubborn blackheads on your nose for years, have anti aging concerns or just want to improve your skin's look - try Glycolic Acid. If you suffer from acne too - Salicylic Acid is best for you. Since blackheads are caused by open, clogged, pores reacting to oxygen, it only makes sense that "shrinking" your pores down will help. Lemon juice is just the astringent substance needed to get the job done, however, it can lighten skin temporarily and it does make you sensitive to the sun, so load up on sunscreen if you plan on using this method. If you have sensitive skin, try diluting the lemon juice with water first. You can consult me online for further tips for skin care treatment and medicines. Your feedback matters. Thank-you.
