My both outer ear (Pinna) portion is paining since six month under AC, cold weather & now even fan. I have tried hot pack & massage but it helps very temporary. I am 43 year old in accounts profession. An ENT specialist could not help me saying that she has never seen such sensitivity. Please help.

Ok. I have seen few similar patients. He was helped with by taking tablets. But these are prescription medicines and may not be available without proper prescription of a doctor.

I use ear bud very often. I hit my ear hard and now I am feeling like my ear is blocked from that time.

It is mainly because of the ear wax gets pushed further inside instead of coming out. You may have to visit an ENT surgeon and get it checked and if needed cleaned by professional.

I am suffering from allergic sinus from past few years which leads to cold and cough. I need to take pills like Allegra M and montair 10 for remedy everyday throughout the year. Moreover my doctor suggested me to take influenza injection every six months to avoid sinus problem. I preferred taking pills instead of injection. Is it good taking pills throughout lifetime as a remedy for sinus or I should go for injection. Is there any other remedy for treatment of sinus problem.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.
