Keep hair clean. Make sure that your scalp and hair are always clean. It will help your hair grow faster. Dirt clogs the hair follicles, which makes it more difficult for hair to grow. However, do not shampoo every day, as men’s hair get easily damaged, and excessive shampooing can dehydrate hair and cause breakage. Shampoo twice a week while cleanse hair with conditioner daily.

Hello Doctors, I am writing behalf of my cousin, 16 years old. He is a very intelligent student but never hard work. He studied in hostel from 6th to 10th grade. He topped 9.2 points in his 10th grade. He pursued his 11th grade as a day scholar. His parents politely asks him to study with concentration but he never did it. In home, he never tried to study stablely not at least fir few hours. By the force of parents, unwillingly he will sit with books but he keeps playing with the things around him while studying and his mind revolves somewhere. He always tries to kill time. He got 224/470. Just 46%. Academically since years, he is scoring 8-9 points. But now he just passed in 11th. We have asked to open up his views. If he is not interested in Maths, we could put in a different subjects as he wish. But he is not open. He is getting irritated if parents asks him to study. He says that he is studying well but his marks are average in class tests. He says the syllabus is not covered. If he opens up that he couldn't understand the classes, we could arrange special tuitions and make him understand. But he won't show interest to go to turions. Now he is telling that we would like to g back to hostel. According to his wish parents made him join in hostel. Parents are really bothered about his behavior. Please suggest how to deal with this kind of a person.

Hi, as you told that your cousin has already been shifted to the hostel on his own choice, and as you have mentioned that he was doing fine in hostel earlier here I would suggest you to give him some time to adjust again in his hostel life and observe his grades again. If he improves then you should consider that the environment he was getting in his home was not proper for his studies. If still after some more time his grades doesn't improve then you may confront your cousin regarding his studies. In my views the shift of environment hit him negatively in his studies as for four continuous years he was staying away from his parents and adjusted well in hostel. So don't worry, he will do well again. If there is no improvement then you should visit a professional counselor along with your cousin.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Its difficult after 20 but still you can try by using household remedies rather than spending money on commercial products. Take 7 to 8 dates soak in ghee overnight. Grab this early morning empty stomach do for 6mths you will find the difference.

Dear friend, I suggest you take your health as a first priority before you end up in a mess! Sleeping tablets are not the solution for sleeplessness in all the cases. It cannot be taken with out prescription. Do not go for'quick fix'solution. Take a break and see what's really wrong with you. Firstly fix your daily sleep pattern and maintain a discipline about food habits and avoids all stimulants like alcohol, tobacco and excessive tea and coffee or other things like sodas. Exercise every day for 1 hour. If some personal problems then sort out those things because that may also cause disturbed sleep due to anxiety and worry. If you can't handle on your own take the help of family and friends or a psychologist. Do not take health for granted! Being healthy needs investing time in self discipline. Go slow and correct your life style!

Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don? t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in tv/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.
