1. Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy, fried and junk food, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take one tablet of meftal spas ds as and when required after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 4. Take one tablet of rantac150 mg twice daily before food 5. If you have recurrent stomach ache, do upper gi endoscopy after consulting gastroenterologist.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Please get a few blood tests done for her- thyroid function tests and complete blood count, fasting and ppbg. She needs to take a diet rich in proteins like dal, chicken, fish, and milk, yoghurt fruits and vegetables with whole meal carbohydrates like chappati and brown bread.

Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, protact face end hair use cap in hot suny day if you are going out side from house. Use rudraderm cream morning end night. Wash face with neem face wash. Take 4 litter water in summer. Bath with pears regular soap.

If you black spot on face use ointment like momethasone content oitment rgularly. If you have a fast metabolism and you want to bulk up, changing the way you eat and exercise can help you gain weight more quickly. While you can always gain weight by eating junk food and getting little exercise, the healthier way to do it is by eating plenty of nutrient-rich food and weight training to build up your muscle mass. It's not going to happen overnight, but if you start right away you'll see results within a few weeks. Eat more than three meals a day. If you naturally have a really fast metabolism, eating three meals a day, eating this much can take a lot of effort, since you need to stock up on enough food to feed yourself more often. Pack calorie-rich snacks you can eat on the go, like bananas and peanut butter or dense granola bars. Eat plenty of calories at every meal. Eating five small, low-calorie meals isn't going to cut it; they have got to be big and rich in calories. Load up on a restaurant-sized meal each time, with big portions of meat, vegetables, and a carbohydrate. Eating this much might not exactly feel comfortable, but it's the best way to gain weight fast. Hi lybrate-user.You are already on your ideal weight according to your height and for weight loss you don't need to be on fruits n drinks only. You can have every food group but the quantity and combination should be taken care of.

I feel tensed when things not happen in our way, particularly in night think lot about those things

A lot of things will not happen your way in life. This is normal. As you are getting upset about this, it could be that you have control issues. You see, we would all love to take matters into our hands and know for sure that it gets done, accordingly. But that would be too easy whereas life is difficult, actually. So it is in your best interest that all things do not happen as per your wish and that every situation must and will be a challenge, mostly. You need to learn to accept this fact of life and live with it. The way to achieve this is recommended by scott m. Peck in his book, the road less travelled: discipline. He says don? t try to change the fact of the difficulty but instead adopt discipline as a tool. He suggests four tools: cultivate the ability to delay gratification; be dedicated to the truth; accept responsibility; and develop flexibility and balance. These are very practical and effective. Why get tense when life is like this any way! instead, learn to cope with the above mentioned tools. If control is an issue for you, you are probably very scared and do not trust; therefore the need to control from fear. Deal with your fear and you will also be fine with letting things be. A counselor will certainly help you much in this pursuit.
