Maximum how many times night fall is okay in a month?

Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Sexologist,
There is no minimum maximum. Night fall is common and normal. Whenever the balloon containing semen is full, semen needs to come out by act of sex, masturbation or nightfall. It is not a disease, and does not cause physical problems and needs no treatment. Also do not give any importance to advertisement that mention that night -fall causes health problems.

No details about blood sugar and reports regarding liver which may not be related to diabetes. Her ideal weight should be 76 Kg. Proper diet as advised, Light exercise like walking for 40 minutes daily, propr medication as advised. Regular monitoring of blood sugar, review by treating doctor, and follow up is the approach. She should get reports of blood sugar. 1. Fasting 2. 2 hours after lunch and 3. just before dinner. Also HbA1c . Meet a physician or a diabetologist for proper assessment and advice. I am 27 year old unmarried female. Since almost 3 years I have a small lump in the anus. After reading about this condition on internet, symptoms sounds like it's a hemorrhoid. It's not painful, no itching ,no discomfort- just a mass growing outward . Its the size of a pea or a bit larger than that. I don't have any constipation issues and I always try to follow a healthy diet with less spices and less sugar. Do I need to make a visit to doctor or any ailment are fine. Please suggest at the earliest. Thanks.

Hello sir. From last one year I have heart palpitation problem. Yesterday my heartbeats gone very slow for 30 seconds I feel like one side heart not work. And feel pressure in heart and stomach. ECG shows first degree heart block and Left ventricular hypertrophy and sinus reathem. Echo cardiograph, lipid profile ,tmt and holter monitoring are normal. So what I do? And can it may be serious? And witch medicine I will take that time? Thanks please reply one I'm very upset. I'm a student.

PGD Maternal Child Health, MBBS
General Physician, Akola
Hello sir.
From last one year I have heart palpitation problem. Yesterday my heartbeats gone very slow for 30 seconds...
1st degree heart blocks only delay the passage of impulse from atria to ventricles and as such there is no loss of beats so you should not read too much in this. As far as palpitations are to be considered, this may be due to your anxiety and over consciousness. Try to keep yourself busy in your routine and diverted from this. In case your PR interval gets prolonged in any subsequent examination then reassessment of cardiac function may be done.
