My height is 5.3 cm n weight is 84 kg. I have a big belly with umbilical hernia after c section. In the delivery period I gained a weight of 25 kg. Can I do liposuction? Bt am still feeding fr my 1 n 3/4 aged kid.

Hi Lybrate User, Some weight gain is normal during / after childbirth... However in Indian households the elders tend to over feed the mothers with too much of Ghee and other high calorie stuff, which leads to excessive weight gain. 1. You can reduce your weight.. step by step. 2. Firstly stop eating all the high oily/ghee stuff. 3. Daily intake of ghee/oil should not be more than 5 teaspoons total. 4. Daily sugar intake should not be more than 4 teaspoons. 5. Eat a variety of fruits. At least 4 fruits daily. 6. Have two full cucumbers daily. 7. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. 8. Eat lot of vegetables and salads. 9. Stop eating maida stuff, burgers, pizzas, pakoras, potatoes. 10. You don't need to do any crash diet by you can start reducing all the junk food diet. 11. Go for walks daily for 30 mins. 12. Do all this regularly and definitely your weight will come down. All the best.

Hi lybrate-user starting eating more chapatis and rice with butter or ghee. Take creamed milk upto 500 ml daily and also eat milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also take dry fruits daily like 4 to 6 almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Eat fresh and high calorie fruits like apple, banana, etc. And vegetables like spinach, etc. You can also take fruit juices. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 or 3 pcs, of chicken or red meat daily. Take salad with your every main meal. Also do exercises daily as it increases your satiety.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

I lost a lot of weight suddenly and because of that I got sunken eyes I'm trying really hard to pop the eye out but nothing seems to work please help me I apply almond under eye cream too. Please suggest me something that would work within a few days and the skin under my eye would pop out again also don't suggest expensive procedures as still i am a student and won't be able to afford it please suggest a cheap and effective method.

Hello, to gain energy you need to follow the under noted tips. You should take, 1200-1600 calories through dietary regulation tk, apples, carrots, cheese, ripened mangoes, soya been, rajma, papaya, bananas, milk, pumpkins, spinach, almonds, walnuts, chicken soup, regularly. - tk, banana with hot milk and butter in d breakfast. - add, ghee in lunch with sprouts, salad, & fruits. - - go for aerobics for 30 mnts. - go for meditation, yoga to reduce your stress and to nourish cells, tissues to enshape your body & to restore your energy, lost. - go for either cycling, jogging, skipping, hanging on a bar in a garden. - tk, your diet b easily digestible, simple, non - irritant, on time. - tk, homoeo medicine which r gentle in use, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof @ five phos6x-4 tbs, with little lukewarm water, thrice. @ alfalfaq-10 drops, thrice with little water. Hi lybrate-user after 18th birthday, you may put on weight, cause before 18 our growth harmones worked ovre our bone to grow us and after 18 such harmones worked over muscle to grow more. So please weight and try to eat healthy.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve body fat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I can also suggest home remedies.
