I have read somewhere that milk whose effect is acidic, to neutralise it body draws minerals specially calcium from bones which results in weak bones how far this is true? Also milk has tendency to form mucus resulting into strep throat. Is it true?

Milk does not draw calcium from body as it already has calcium in it and thats how the bones are formed of a new born baby who is entirely dependent on milk and other thing that it produces then yes it produces but this mucus is protective and protects us from getting mouth infections as milk is basically protein and gives us immunity to fight against the diseases.

My wife has PCOD and she z 28 years old. Her last LMP is June 2nd. Can she go for follicle scan on June 15th after getting conceived? She is on Gynovit syrup and Premence plus tablets currently. And doctor prescribed duphaston tab from June 16th.

Hi I'm 20 years old whenever I try to sleep headache starts and not able to complete my sleep and in morning too I woke up at 6 and then dizziness whole day what's the cure!

Sleep min 7-8 hrs daily, here is some tips for you 1) massage with stress relief oil or warm coconut oil to head, neck, and ears. 2) apply chandan powder +2-4 saffron threads+ pinch of cinnamon (dalchini) lep with rose water to forehead. 3) take 8 hrs sleep in the night. 4) avoid oily & spicy food. 5) pour 3-4 drops of warm pure cow ghee in both nostrils in head low position 6) do eye check up if headache persist

Hi, try some tips - 1. Wash your feet properly and apply moisturisers on nails and feet. 2. Massage your nails with olive oil and wear socks 3. Check for any fungal infection in your nails. 4. You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Drink lukewarm water.

I am 60 years old male. I have hamerroids since last thirty years. They have not been painful nor do they bleed and they come out while passing stools and retract thereafter. Dear user, you are recently diagnosed so it will be best to you if you control your blood sugar from right now. Follow these instructions: 1. Eat a healthy and fiber rich diet. 2. Regular walk or jogging for at least half an hour. 3. Be stress free and happy. 4. Do not avoid a small boil or any type of skin problem or injury, treat it properly. 5. Eat small and frequent meals. Avoid fried, fatty, spicy and sweet and there produts sugar, gur, honey, glucose etc. 6. Do not keep gap between medicine, follow the instruction given by your Dr. Regarding medicine. Regulary start your day with one glass of water. Early morning you can take soaked methi dana or a piece of garlic. Do not take fruit juices its bettr to take fruit whole. When I was running I got the pain in between the ankles and knees how to reduce that pain. I would like to know how to control the breathing while running.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
