Physical relationship/masturbate is cause of hair fall? Give suitable reason of hair fall.
No. They are not reasons for hair fall. Most common problem is improper diet which includes lack of protein or some vitamins. Scalp infection or dandruff can also cause hair fall. Please include pulses, soyabean and eggs in your diet. Also wash hairs frequently with mild shampoo.

I am a 27 years old male, I have migraine for the past 7 years. What should I do?

MBBS, MD - Consultant Physician
General Physician, Ghaziabad
Welcome to lybrate. We are here to help you. Such pattern of headache is seen in migraine. Migraine headaches are usually unilateral, associated with throbbing, vomiting sensations, photophobia and phonophobia. They aggravate on stress. They also aggravate on watching tv, loud noises, sleep deprivation. A clinical examination specially neurological examination, fundus examination are must to rule out any other neurological problem which might also require neuroimaging. I would also advise you to get your eyes tested. You should see your doctor. He will classify the headache and if it is migranous, treatment would be with the drugs like flunarizine, propanolol, amitryptilline. The drugs are decided on the basis of severity, frequency and duration of headache. I hope it helps. Stay healthy.

Avoid purine rich food like liver, kidney and sweetbreads, tuna, scallops and increase intake of fibre rich diet food to reduce the uric acid level in the body. Oats, whole grains, vegetables like broccoli, pumpkin and celery should be included in the diet to lower the uric acid. Limit your soda consumption. Keep your body hydrated. Although the body easily adapts to low water intake, optimum hydration is necessary to eliminate uric acid from your system. If you feel pain in joints especially big toe or restriction of movements. Consult a nephrologist for the same.

I messaged few months ago. My wife don't chance to sex with me because my penis is short. Any medicine to big my panics.

BHMS

I messaged few months ago. My wife don't chance to sex with me because my penis is short. Any medicine to big my panics.
Yes. Penis-enlarging exercises like jelqing and kegel exercises can be really helpful for strengthening erections. If done properly, they can strengthen the entire pelvic floor and groin region. They can improve blood flow to the groin region and strengthen it. However, it is not clear if they can offer any tangible increase in penis size and length. If you have been wondering how to increase penis size, all you have to do is take homoepathic penis enlargement treatment for no less than 3 months. This is specifically designed for men with an underdeveloped penis with reduced growth. You can be of any age and physical fitness level to be able to successfully use this package. It has no side effects and multiple benefits. Apart from increasing your penis size, it also helps increase your testosterone production and improves blood circulation to the groin, improving the health of the entire pelvic region.

What is diet plan for fatty liver and vitamin d deficiency and piles (external). Please suggest how can cure.
Hello Lybrate user, you should aim on Snacking on dried fruits like figs, apricots, and dates. Swap sugary baked desserts for fresh fruit -- raw strawberries rather than strawberry pie. Not to Eat: Foods with little fiber can cause or make constipation (and therefore hemorrhoids) worse, so it's best to limit how much you eat of them. White bread Milk, cheese, and other dairy Meat Processed foods such as frozen meals and fast food Some of these (red meat, processed meat like hot dogs, and refined carbs) as well as fried foods can also cause inflammation in your body, which may make hemorrhoids worse. If your hemorrhoids itch or hurt, cut down on things that can irritate your gut, including: Alcohol Caffeine Spicy foods Citrus fruits Watch the amount of salt you eat. It can worsen your hemorrhoids. You should aim for 25-30 grams or more of fiber every day from what you eat. Too much fiber too fast can cause gas and bloating, so add a little bit to your diet at a time if you're not used to it. You'll also need to drink more fluids to help your body use that fiber: 8-10 large glasses of water every day. For fatty liver go for foods rich in lean proteins like egg whites, roasted chicken or fish and drink lots of liquids that helps you digest fiber and proteins both and also help you overcome piles and fatty liver. For vitamin D deficiency you will be needing supplements as you will not be able to digest vitamin D plus calcium rich foods in your diet with piles. Before recommending you with supplement I would be needing your vitamin D deficiency value and according to your value will suggest you the supplement. Please consult be in personal for further information.

Hi, hope you are suffering from upper respiratory track infection known as urti. Because of dry cough and throat irritation such events are seen. Coughing is a natural body reflex. It keeps the lungs, throat and airway clear of foreign material. Take home remedies like- 1. Crush a handful of thoroughly washed basil leaves 2. Crush a small (1 inch) piece of ginger 3. Take 1 tsp of basil leaf paste 4. Mix it with 1 tsp of ginger paste 5. Place this mixture on a sieve 6. Extract juice by pressing this paste 7. Add 3 tsp of honey 8. Mix well take 2 tsf thrice daily in empty stomach.

When the pain comes its quite uncomfortable and it hurts when I move my head, and it feels like a magnet is trying to pull out something from that area. It used to last for some time and goes aways again. It reoccurs again after some weeks or sometimes even after a month. I can recall it also happens when I have my periods and when I gave my univ exams and even on other days. Will it be serious? What will be the reason?

Ayurveda, Palakkad
Allergic asthma is a very common presentation in the clinics these days. Patients usually present with allery to dust, smoke, spices etc which initiate sneezing progressing to itching in eyes, rhinitis (running nose), throat pain and eventually cough and difficulty in breathing.
in todays world it is almost imposssible to always avoid the allergen, so the better option is to strengthen the body to fight against these.
Ayurveda advocates certain daily regimens which can help in this.
1.Proper oral hygiene has to be maintained. Practice tooth brushing at morning and before bedtime. Ensure proper mouth wash after every meal.
2. Pratimarsh nasya - This is the practise of instilling oil in the nose. This can be practised easily by an individual. Instill 4-5 drops of sesame oil daily in each nostril and inhale deeply. This has to be practiced early in the morning.
3.Make a habit of applying Rasnadi powder (An ayurvedic medicated poweder) over the vertex immediately after bath and also at bedtime. Avoid sleeping directly under the fan or other cooling sources.
4. Intake of buttermilk processed with turmeric poder, curry leaves, ginger is also useful.
5. Add ginger, garlic esentially in all meals.
6. Yogic practices like breathing exercises can support the lung capacity and cleansing practices like neti can help in developing desensitization to allergens.
7. Drinking water should be boiled with cumin seeds and always consumed as lukewarm.
8. Oil massage before bath can help a lot. Sesame oil can be used for this, for those having frequent episodes of chest congestion muatard oil will give better results. Take bath in warm water only.
