Hi. Since the past 2 weeks or so ive been facing eye problems. My eyes feel heavy most of d time n maybe I feel its because of less sleep. I sleep for 6 hrs or sometimes more also bt I never feel fully satisfied. Also sometimes I feel I can not understand whts happening around me cz I feel so sleepy or tired. Dis sleep problem has been going around for quite sometime now .one day I feel energetic n work the entire day till night, d next day I get tired n it goes on n on. M very confused as I do not want to feel tired like this n want to feel energetic n fresh always.
I had brain tumor surgery of left cp angle its been 6 months now but still I have pain behind ear in las MRI report I got there is mastoiditis but as per ENT surgeon its normal it will not hurt you. Do I need to worry about this?

I am 60 years of age. I have been getting a bit of pain on my back. It is not skeletal and nothing to do with spine. It is like a prickly sensation inside my back ribs on the left side of my body. Full medical work-up / checkup was done with following tests: cbc, creatinine, electrolytes, glucose, lipid, liver function, tsh, ECG, chest x-ray, ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis, uric acid and vitamin b-12 serum. Doctor concluded that the sugar, thyroid and BP are borderline. Everything else was unremarkable. He thinks it is neuropathic pain and prescribed Vitamin B-12 pills 1 everyday in the morning. Gabapentin NT 1 a day and was not tolerated because it caused sleepiness, palpitations and low energy - hence discontinued. I just started B-12. Not sure it will work. Is neuropathic pain - the correct diagnosis?

Get sufficient rest: Have a good night’s rest. Though sleeping for about 7-8 hours is considered optimal, there’s no harm in overdoing it a bit when you are pregnant. You can take naps in between as well. Ask your partner to share your household chores whenever possible.

Refrain from substance abuse: Quit smoking as it dangerously aggravates the chances of fetal death and risks of low weight of the baby at birth. Abstain from alcohol or try to cut down on alcohol intake as much as possible. Being in proximity to other chemicals such as glues, hair dyes, varnishes or paints is also not considered safe during pregnancy.
Tread carefully: Your bulged out belly and unstable joints make you utterly misbalanced on your toes, increasing chances of you tripping over and falling. Be extremely cautious with your steps to avoid any sort of mishaps during a delicate phase as this.
